We are hiring Operation Executives with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Freight forwarding / shipping management field.

- Receive documents and job creation. - Must coordinate with customs and transport team for approval / inspection. - Devanning and evaluation regarding no damage. - Comparing shipment with manifest and tally the same in the system. - Prepare outturn report with or without damage status. - Share outturn report to the respective freight forwarder. - Respond to emails from the actual consignees. - Receive documents through email or WhatsApp to update the system. - Prepare and record invoice / delivery notes. - Handling inquiries and recurrent updates on the available stacked shipment. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field with excellent English communication.

Desired: Known to speak Malayalam and Hindi.
