Hace un días estaba leyendo sobre la historia de la moda y me encontré con un título bastante fuerte, el texto decía: “La antimoda”. Comencé a leerlo y realmente sólo trataba acerca los principios del siglo XX, como muchas personas de sociedad e incluso muchos diseñadores llevaban años tratando de transformar la ropa femenina (tiranizada por el corsé) en algo más práctico, intemporal y menos constrictivo, vaya, que la mujer pudiera tener más libertad de respirar, ¡Por Dios! hahahaha. Yo creo que por eso mismo fue que en los años 20 se comenzaron a usar estos vestidos largos y flojos, de cadera baja y cero ajustados; las mujeres comenzaron a  cortárse el pelo pequeño y a llevar peinados simples. Fue como una mini revolución femenina.

  Pero, a todo esto, el título del texto quedó resonando en mi cabeza …. “antimoda”. ¿Podrá realmente existir un movimiento así? Digo, obviamente puede haber hasta protestas de ir en contra de el uso de pieles, o del uso del brassier o incluso hasta de usar sólo ropa usada ropa tan clásica para evitar al fast-fashion y la locura y extravagancia de la moda pero, ¿que eso no se convierte en un movimiento de moda también? Con ellos, llegaron los faux fur (INCLUSO DE COLORES) y la moda y la extravagancia explotó dejando un nuevo panorama de “no rules”. Quienes renegaban del brassiere, se convirtieron en toda una generación llamados “hippies2 que a su ves se convirtió en un NUEVO Y COMPLETO estilo y hasta el día de hoy se sigue peleando la lucha del “free the nipple”. Y con los guerreros del slow-fashion y el anti-estilo llegó el movimiento NORMCORE, esta gente que usa ropa vieja o tan común como se le de la gana, sin pensar en el estilo, con la intención de no encajar y quienes seguramente odiaban la moda pero, paralelamente se convirtieron en todo un movimiento de la misma y, realmente, mucho de lo que vemos ahora en el streetstyle de las grandes ciudades.

Y estas son las paradojas de la moda. Realmente podrías creer que estás tratando de destruirla pero, con la respuesta de la gente , con unos cuantos seguidores, puedes  convertirte en un movimiento más, en una tendencia, EN PARTE DE ELLA.

¡Y a mi si que me gusta ser parte de tan hermosa y VITAL industria!

Lo que más me divierte es experimentar y salirme de mi zona de confort una y otra vez, sobre todo para traerles a todos ustedes que tan hermosamente pasan un poco de su tiempo por aquí, semana tras semana, cosas que los inspiren y que también los haga atreverse a más, a encontrar su propia voz, su propio estilo y, quien sabe, tal vez hasta llevarlos al punto de comenzar su propio movimiento.

No saben cuanto esperé por tener esta blusa tan fluffy & big, y hace bastante vi en una revista una camisa blanca llena de moños … así que quise hacer mi propia versión con esta. Y pues claro, tenía que darle el balance con algo más relax, y ¿qué mejor que unos jeans? PERO, con accesorios que marcaran contraste para que no se convirtiera en un look aburrido.  AMO EXPERIMENTAR, EXPERIMENTAR Y … ¿MENCIONÉ EXPERIMENTAR?, hahahaha.

Ok, ya me voy, ya se que de nuevo estoy escribiendo de más, ¡además de que terminé subiendo este post en la madrugada porque mi computadora se portó muy mal! ¡Y mañana tengo muy temprano cita con Forever 21 ! (Gente de Mty, mañana, o bueno… más al rato, hahaha, será la inauguración de Forever21 en Fashion Drive, a partir de las 12 pm ….. ¿quién va? ¿me buscan?)
