Do you have any fics/fic recs for people new to the GOW fandom? One-shot preferably?

Oof, another tough one. I haven’t seen many one-shots (aside from the ones I’ve written myself), but I can give a few current multichapter fics I check on every day!

There’s Foreigner’s God by Someplacefictional. It’s a collection of three sentence chapters that relate to a specific theme. Quick, simple, to the point, a great read! :D

Ο ξένος by SeaBeast is awesome too, it’s a Faye/Kratos origin story. I’m in love with the idea of there being a language barrier between the two, and I cannot wait to see where it leads next (the fic hasn’t been updated in a while though... :c).

Then of course there’s Agapē by my good buddy @kraptos. It’s a Kratos/Atreus of Sparta AU fic where the two reunite years after Atreus’s presumed death. It’s sweet and heart wrenching, tread lightly with the warnings though, there’s some gross stuff the Ancient Greeks used to do referenced within. It’s pretty vague tho!

That’s all I can think of at the moment, or at least these are the ones I’ve been attached to. The rest of the archive is unfortunately filled with incest between Kratos and his son (I myself have everything filtered out, but still), so tread carefully.
