I'm not an anime style catgirl but I'm also not a furry. I am a secret third thing (catgirl but change more of the body than usual)
#emma posts#this is why I keep saying I'm not a furry#I've been around furries since I was 13#and I'm 26 rn#I learned how to draw furries slightly after I started drawing anime fan art#furries have a certain subculture and vibe to their style and general situation#I don't think my... me? really fits that label#but I also don't just want cat ears and a tail?#I think catra is getting closer to what i mean. just to give an idea#but I still mean MORE cat than her#less than fursonas though#I feel more comfortable about it in the monsterfucker/monster body community. if that makes any sense?#it's not super monsterous. but it's also not quite as human#I wouldn't say furry though because it's not cartoon style and it's not just a cat head and anthro body#this is why I keep saying I'm not a furry. I've been around them for 13 years and I don't feel like it fits#I'm not trying to say that there is anything messed up about them and I'm sorry if it comes off that way. I just get frustrated about where#I fit in all this. Ya know?
