Real talk. Going to the gym before work for an hour and then going back to the gym after work for 2-3 more hours is the easy part. The eating is the hard part. Trying to not give into temptation and to hold will power even when you want to eat everything, is so difficult. Especially when working in a kitchen as a chef. This to me has been the biggest struggle ever.
