I had spark when I was hyperfixated on pico's school bc I was too motivated but some days I lost this spark before I hyperfixate on tmc it's made me less motivated I need to self-trust to get back but I can't trust myself and I'm pessimist person (I can think bad things will happen I think bc of my anxiety the anxiety is pain) how I can get my same spark back?

also my lack of self-trust and pessimism it's makes me...to...uh... idk to say...I'm confused a bit I don't getting...my pico's school hyperfixation again I guess idk...
