15.11 ~ Café +Studying

Currently on study leave, so I decided to change my study environment and go to a café/bar to continue studying. Manged to get some work done and it was nice to study somewhere new :)

Thought I would do a study log to motivate me to finish my deadlines:

🐑 13:24 - Abstract is finished, but I am way over the word count. I finished it at about 9:30 this morning, afterwards I had some breakfast that my accom provided and went to do a food shop. My plan is to condense it!!

02/03 ~ march start up :)

Heyyy, It has been a while since I've made a post - I recently have been very swamped and busy with work. Luckily I'm all caught up on my work and my second term is coming to an end. I've decided to stay at uni for easter break so I can study for my exams - so hopefully I should give more updates on studying and my life in general. Anyway I have been feeling quite good recently, I had a little adventure and watched my friend row today; hope everyone else has had a great week :)

30.9 - halloween eve + rabbits :)

Today was a pretty chill day at uni I had one lecture at nine, then some online stuff and directed learning. There was a rabbit talk happening at my uni to do with rabbit surgery and medicine so I stuck around for that - they were offering bagels. Apart from that today was very chill I was able to talk to my mum and some really good news my laptop will be available to use in 4 days :D

26.01 ~ lazy sunday 💤

Happy sunday everyone, hope everyone had a great day. I actually had plans today but they got rescheduled so I slept in. I was able to get quite a bit of work done, despite waking up later but hopefully next week is a lot more productive. Above is a picture of my lunch and some revision questions I’m making :)

22.10 ~ pre and post exam vibes

Happy Friday, I hope everyone is having a good week so far. Yesterday I had my exam and I think it went alright which is good. Today I didn’t have uni, so went exploring in my city. After the exam yesterday we went walking for a bit so there were some shops that had things I liked so I went back to buy my friend a gift today. I also got myself some new guitar picks and some badges for my lanyard.

07.03 ~ physics and food

Happy Friday, today was a pretty calm day. I only had one session today and it was a lab at 2pm, so I was able to lie-in (she says as she gets up at 8:45am). I went to the shops to buy some things for this birthday celebration we are doing later this evening. Three of my friends have birthdays in March so we are celebrating them all today with pizza, fruit salad (I made it) and a games night.

On a different note this new module we are doing is really interesting and I’m having a great time - it’s the last module and it’s really mathsy.

30.03 ~ Mother’s Day and Eid Mubarak 🌸

Happy Sunday everyone!!! I hope everyone had a good week, and to everyone celebrating Eid and Mother’s Day I hope today has been great :). This week has been very relaxed, I’ve just been studying and working pretty much. The above photos are from this week of stuff I did and made. Next week I’m off, so I’m going home at the end of the week for my nieces birthday. :)

22.01 ~ Happy New Year + Life update 🎉🎉

Happy New year everyone, I know this is several weeks late but better late than never. I haven’t been posting much since I’ve been either ill or busy with uni. I hope everyone had a lovely holiday and is excited for the new year. Some updates from my end I passed my uni modules from last term which is great and I also got my drivers license so starting the year off well :).

These pics are from the past 2-3 weeks I’ve been at uni since I’m a little bit behind on my notes, but I’ve finally caught up :)

Sun, 04.06: biology and birthday cake 🎉

So it’s my birthday today….

Anyways I started the day off with some biology revision, I currently have a list of stuff that I need to recap by Tuesday since I won’t be revising day of the exam, I think I’ll be able to do it all it’s just really nerve wracking that I’m gonna be sitting the exam in 3 days times. I also did some maths revision, just some mixed differentiation and I also did some proof questions too. Afterwards, we had some birthday celebrations, my mum was asking me what type of food I wanted and I said greek food and my family (mainly my brother) delivered. I hope everyone had a great week and I wish everyone the best for the following week 💖

Sun, 18.06: pure maths revision :)

Happy happy Sunday all!!! I hope everyone had a fabulous week. My weekend was pretty good, yesterday we went out for a meal to celebrate a birthday and I was wearing these really nice trousers - they were very groovy. The food was really nice, which is always good. Today has been pretty decent, it’s been raining for a good chunk of it which is nice since it beats being constantly warm. Bad thing about today is I was washing a glass, it had a crack in it and I accidentally broke it cutting my thumb as well. Bad news is it looks like a deep cut and it’s my left hand (this is the hand I write with). It really hurts but I’m hoping tomorrow it will fine. I have four exams this week which is going to be rough but I’m so close to finishing so the motivation is there :) .

Wed, 31.05: books and mechanics ⚙️

Just under a week until my first exam and I’m feeling very nervous, I feel prepared however it could be an awful paper but I’ve just got to have faith in my maths skills. I’ve also increased studying time since I’ve banned all distractions possible. The extra time is going towards biology since that subject has the most content. The first paper will be in exactly a weeks time and I’m also feeling nervous and stressed but I’m trying not to overthink. I started a new book today since I finished one earlier today (at like 1am 😭). I’m really glad I’ve been able to get back into reading since I’ve not read a physical book in a long time it’s also helping me keep my mind busy and not constantly stressed. 😅

Sat, 10.06: buffers and books 📚

Helloooo!!! I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. Today I started off my morning with a quick study session at the library and then went into town to do some shopping and picked up some things I wanted. I bought some socks with Gary the snail on them so I can’t wait to wear them - I wanted the socks with eggs on them but they didn’t have any in store :(. I also bought some books and ramen, I bought a variety of ramen so I can’t wait to try them all - they were really cheap!!! Anyway ending the evening off with some ecosystem revision.

Fri, 26.05: biology and blurting

Today ended up being very productive which I was very surprised about as I started a bit later than usual. I was able to mark a past paper and go through the examiners report and also revise some entropy. For biology I started off with some blurting and was very surprised and relieved with the info I knew on module 4. I also did some questions on hormonal communication.
