जादुई शाम की इस तस्वीर ने क्रैश किए हजारों स्मार्टफोन, अब फोटोग्राफर से पता चली बड़ी वजह

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज अगर आप एंड्रॉयड स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग करते हैं तो यह खबर आपके साथ जुड़ी हुई है। सोशल मीडिया पर इन दिनों एक तस्वीर वायरल हो रही है जिसे आपको वॉलपेपर पर लगाने को बोला जा रहा है, लेकिन आपने ऐसा नहीं करना है क्योंकि इससे आपका एंड्रॉयड फोन क्रैश हो जाएगा। यह तस्वीर एक सनसेट की है जिसमें पहाड़, नदी, बादल दिख रहा है, लेकिन किसी को ये समझ में नहीं आया कि इस फोटो की वजह से फोन क्यों खराब हो रहे हैं। अब खुद इस फोटो को क्लिक करने वाले ने इस दिक्कत की वजह का खुलासा किया है। आपको बता दें कि इस वॉलपेपर को वैज्ञानिक और शौकिया फटॉग्रफर गौरव अग्रवाल ने क्लिक किया था। तस्वीर अगस्त 2019 में मोन्टाना के ग्लेशियर नेशनल पार्क के सेंट मेरी लेक पर ली गई थी। इस फोटो को उन्होंने अपने निकॉन (Nikon) से ली थी। फोटो को क्लिक करने के बाद जब वो अपने घर लौटे तो उन्होंने इस फोटो को लाइटरुम (Lightroom) पर एडिट किया और फिर Flickr पर अपलोड कर दिया। गौरव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि उन्हें इस बात का कोई अंदाजा नहीं था कि वह फोटो यूजर्स के फोन को इस तरह प्रभावित करेगी। फोन में आ रही थी ये दिक्कतें एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, इस फोटो को वॉलपेपर की तरह यूज करने पर फोन अपने आप ही बार- बार ऑन और ऑफ होने लगते हैं। इससे गूगल पिक्सल और सैमसंग के फोन भी प्रभावित हुए हैं। सबसे ज्यादा मामले चीन में सामने आए। ये फीचर एंड्रॉयड फोन को नहीं करता सपोर्ट दरअसल, बताया गया कि Lightroom में फोटो को सेव (Save) करने से पहले कलर मोड चेंज करने के लिए एक ऑप्शन दिया जाता है। जिस कलर मोड को उन्होंने चुना शायद वह एंड्रॉयड फोन (Android phone) को सपोर्ट नहीं करता है। वहीं गौरव अग्रवाल के पास आईफोन है, शायद इसी वजह से उनके फोन में कोई परेशानी नहीं आई। इस वॉलपेपर को लेकर ज्यादातर एंड्रॉयड यूजर ने शिकायत की है। जिनके फोन एंड्रॉयड 10 पर काम करते हैं, उनमें ये गड़बड़ी पाई गई। गौरव अग्रवाल ने क्या कहा बीबीसी को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में अग्रवाल ने कहा कि 'मैंने जानबूझकर कुछ नहीं किया। मुझे दुख है कि लोगों को इससे परेशानी हुई।' उन्होंने बताया कि जरूर तस्वीर की एडिटिंग या एक्सपोर्टिंग प्रोसेस में कुछ गड़बड़ हुई होगी जिस वजह से इसका फॉर्मेट एंड्रॉयड फोन में सपोर्ट नहीं किया और तस्वीर ओपन करने पर स्मार्टफोन क्रैश करने लगे। रिपोर्ट्स की मानें तो गौरव ने फोटो एडिट करते समय कलर फॉर्मेट बदल दिया था, जो ऐंड्रॉयड डिवाइस सपॉर्ट नहीं कर पाए। Read the full article
