5 Easy anti Boredom Vegan Recipes. 
Southern Banana and Peaches Oatmeal
2 cups of oatmeal with 2 cups flax milk heated in the microwave. Once done slive up bananas and peaches. Add molasses and raw sugar for sweetness.
Garlic Pizza with Flax Crust. 
Mix 1/4 cup of flax meal, 1 cup of all purpose flour, 1/2 cup self rising flour and a pinch of baking powder as well as garlic powder and onion powder and garlic salt to taste. Add 1 cup of water and 2 tbls of coconut oil. Mix and bake in the oven at 350F for 15mins. Take out and either add tomato sauce or ketchup. Then use Daiya cheddar cheese to desired amount and one elephant garlic sliced thinly. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, oregano and garlic salt to taste. Bake for 20mins still at 350F. Take out and let cool. Make sure you have oiled your pan before and and cut into slices after letting the pizza cool for 5mins.
Very Berry Mountain and River.
Freshly picked blueberries, organic raspberries with blueberries tucked in and dried organic goji berries as decoration also tucked on the edge of the raspberry. Add more to create a riverbank.  Georgia On the Border Salad. 
2 small red potatoes cooked on high in microwave for 5mins. Set aside when done. Squash and onions sauteed in balsamic vinegar with shaved tumeric and garlic. Once done combine and add peach salsa for spicy sweet. Add Zaátar to bring out the earthy flavors.  Sweet Italiano Penne.
Boil and bring penne noodles to al dente, then in a blender or food processor take one tomato and 15 cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of almond milk, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt to taste and blend. In a medium sauce pan let 4 mushrooms soak in a garlic white wine vinegar for 10mins. Saute mushrooms so that they are still plum. The Beginning - 112116
Truth be told, I don’t know where to start as the first step of this ten week long project, regarding the importance of teamwork and how important being a good teammate is. It’s obvious I could do something simple like change my attitude whenever I have volleyball practice, but something that simple won’t be an influential change in my life. 
What could I honestly do to make an impactful change in my life, for the rest of my career? Working in a group and being a team player is something that will be with me for the rest of my life. I have aspirations to play volleyball in college, which requires me to work with other people. I will be assigned in groups for work at school, which requires me to work with other people. In the future, I will apply for a job that will most likely require me to work with other people as well. 
Recently, along with reading the novel, Game by Walter Dean Myers, I also read “The Importance of Working Together,” a speech by James E. Perrella, chariman, president, and CEO of Ingersoll-Rand Co. From this, a notable quote said by Perrella was “individuals add; team players multiply”. This quote really stood out because it was obvious that so much more can be done when working as a team.
So the question arises: what can I do to prepare myself for the present and the future? It would be easy to choose a problem that I could just bluff my way through to find an obvious solution. But for me, this problem of wanting to be a better teammate is something that is very personal to me. If I could become more supportive, more focused on the team rather than myself, it would open a world of possibilities for both the team and I.
Now, the journey starts. What can I do that will actually make a difference in my life, right now and in the future? For me, it’s important to think critically on a possible solution because it could benefit me and make me both a better person and a better player.

Week 9
All I have left to do now is research more on my topic and try to come up with a conclusion. If you're wondering what my question is, scroll down and take a look at my "Week 1" post! :)
I'm predicting that my question will not have a right or wrong answer. I feel that the topic I chose is a very personal one and will be different for everyone especially when taking personalities and morals into account. Personally, both work well for me. With this being said, they only work well when they are constantly switched. I don't think I can deliver good results if I receive negative comments every time I did something bad OR good. On the other hand, if everyone kept on praising me for every little effort I make, I'll start to think they're lying to me and just simply saying things like that to make me feel better.
Message me in my ask to let me know which is better for you! Do you work better when you are encouraged with positive comments or do negative comments better fuel your motivation?

Week 8
I have completed the art work for the creative portion of my project! I'm really happy with the turn out. It took around three and a half hours for me to paint. It's done in acrylics with a bit of gold glitter to achieve the glow around the fist. I didn't really follow through with the idea I came up with a few weeks ago regarding the rapper head border because after some thought, i realized it didnt really have a direct connection with motivation. The picture below is the progress of my artwork as well as the first sketch.

Week 6
I've been watching a lot of Ted talks lately to hopefully find some inspiration and ideas for my presentation. I've decided on painting a canvas for the creative portion of my project. I'm not sure how I'm going to present the visuals on the canvas yet, but i will be starting my sketches soon!! I want to incorporate rapper faces on the side border and have probably a golden fist in the middle of the page. MOTIVATION let's get this thing finished!

Week 5
To be totally honest, I haven't touched my blog in a while. I feel bad but my motivation level has just not been at its highest (ironic I know LOL). I find it a lot easier to make my static posts than to actually conduct my researches regarding my question. I think this is because my question is a very specific question, and I have to search for long periods of time in order to come up with one site that offers a little amount of insight on what I'm wondering about. It becomes such a hassle that I always find myself leaving the research to another day and putting it off. My question can have so many possibilities, I don't think there will be a definite answer at the end of this project. The answer will most likely depend on timing and each specific athlete.

Week 1
Hi, and welcome to my blog! For those of you who don't know me, the reason i created this blog is because my English 10 class has been given a big "genius project". We must come up with a topic or question that we want answered, and create something beautiful and presentable in ten weeks.
My research topic is closely related to my passion for dance and the big mystery behind motivation. There are many cases in which athletes are pressured or motivated by either positive or negative feedback. The impact that feedback plays upon the athlete's performance is quite a huge one whether it comes from friends, family, or coaches. My biggest question is can a put down motivate an athlete to perform better than words or encouragement? Do they offer the same amount of motivation, or does one surpass the other? I know for a fact that there are driven people that cannot stand the four words, "you can't do it". Yet how many negative comments can we endure before the little thoughts of doubt come creeping in; causing us to break down?
Over the course of the next ten weeks, I will be posting motivational pictures and facts about this topic that will hopefully lead me to my conclusion. I am hoping that this project will not only be able to help me stay motivated in dance, but also able to help all of you athletes out there who are finding it stressful to manage school, extra-curriculars, social life and sports.
