super quick sabetha cosplay, ft. camorri streetstyle! this is what i imagine her everyday wardrobe would be like. plain boots, puffy white tunic, puffy pants, and some sort of underbust/belt-like stays to add shape.

also: i put the lipstick in my hair again. why did i put the lipstick in my hair again. p.s. i promise the last one isn’t just a shameless ass shot (although that would be in character), i just wanted to get a good shot of the way the pants tucked into the boots lol. really hope we get some more camorr flashbacks in thorn w/ our best girl🥺

this one was SO fun!!! i am still wearing the face two hours after taking off the cosplay lmaoooo. there aren’t many outfit details (the dress was from nordstrom rack) so! i’ll do makeup details instead

this one was fun! i did it at a reasonable hour, so unfortunately i did miss dinner😂😭 also i opened my windows for this to let in natural light, so i hope my neighbors enjoyed the show😂 time for outfit details!

corset: dolls kill (since purchasing this corset, i found out dolls kill’s owner is a HUGE racist and even made a post seemingly in favor of police brutality, so i wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them but rather looking in thrift shops or buying bipoc owned alternatives to dolls kill. examples include: ota-q apparel, adorned by chi, “love, courtnie”, and more!)

necklace: brooch was inherited (it sounds so weird saying that? but it belonged to my dead grandmother and it Is Now Mine and the ribbon was the shoulder strap that i cut from the corset lol)

earrings: thrifted, but! any pearl studs would do the exact same thing

mask: papier-mâché! i made this some time ago and it’s just come in handy:)

final thoughts: idk why i looked so angry in the original pics? maybe it had to do with the makeup??? i wish i had teased my hair a bit more bc i was going for priyanka circa 2019 met gala, but this hair worked out fine. the neck bit was. WAY too hard to blend.

here are my sabetha cosplay outtakes! i ending up taking pics in three different rooms of my house bc i had already taken down my self-tape lighting setup from when i did the nazca cosplay, and ultimately ended up liking the pics from my bedroom the best🤷🏻‍♀️

fun fact: orange lipstick does not come out of hair easily. i think i used up about half of my shampoo trying to get it out😂😭

structured skirt underneath: forever 21 (but any hoop skirt would perform the same or better tbh)

corset belt & bralette: shein

scarf (was used as a shirt): thrifted

pendant: gifted/inherited (for anyone curious, it depicts the catholic patron of actors and musicians, saint genesius, which i thought was appropriate for a cosplay of when the gang was in espara for the purpose of being actors. it was my grandmother’s and she got in sometime in the 40s? 50s? idk she died in july of 1972 tho so. she got it sometime before then.)
