I literally don't know... it's not like I have "a type". But I have a guess how I came to care about them at all. I call it The Mary Hart Factor.

Okay, so it's hard for me to overstate to what extent the 1980s were the Decade of the Calves. It didn't seem like it at the time, but it's kind of weirdly obvious in retrospect. A lot of the evidence can be found on YouTube... check out a few blocks of 1980s commercials, uncut and as-aired. It is crazy how many pantyhose ads were being shoved down our throats.

Long-lasting ad campaigns were built around convincing women that wearing L'eggs would give them energy to get through the day, and that "Gentlemen Prefer Hanes." (Seriously, if you rubbing-to-the-patriarchy types want to see some raw, smirking misogyny, watch 80s commercials.) But it was more than that... this was the peak era of commercial jingles, so we had "If you dare wear short-shorts, Nair for short-shorts" echoing through our heads as much as Thriller. Meanwhile, sitting pretty atop this mountain of paraphilia was Mary Hart, host of Entertainment Tonight.

The show's presence in the popular consciousness was derived almost entirely from a set-design decision... they put Mary Hart in an above-the-knee skirt and a chair behind an open, glass desk to read the day's showbiz news, and men went ape-shit. Half the dads in the country were thinking of Mary while they were pounding our moms. It eventually evolved past a quiet bit of fan-service... they pulled her away from the desk and into a lounger more often, and they threw extra light on her legs. Before long, it had even stopped being an unspoken promotional tactic... the press was made aware that Lloyd's had insured Mary's legs for $1 million each.

And during all of this, I was an impressionable teen... it had to seep in, right? Beware the nonsense you ingest, for the dumbest shit shall mark you forever.

 Why? Because you, Gen-Xer, were socialized not to see a problem with this campaign. Even if you did see a problem, what were you going to do about it in 1982? Form a hashtag army on Twitter?

So it's that time of year again when you need to sort that beach body out and want to get back into exercising, Do You? There is only so much jumping up and down that a woman can do without doing some damage to your chest area Get Your Dirty Minds Out of The Gutter, I Meant Exercising! Having a well supported and comfortable sports bra is your number 1 priority when buying a new one So instead of you having to shop around trying to find the best place to buy sports bras I have made it my mission to find the most supportive, comfortable, fairly cheap, and durable bra's for exercising that you can find Saving you time and money so that you can spend it down the gym or out for a run So knowing how to choose a sports bra for comfort can really make exercising that much easier OK, If you didn't know already, I am Male Well, I was last time I checked And I know I am probably someone that you wouldn't want to listen to but my wife has moaned enough about what should be important for a sports bra to work Believe this or not ladies, but I have taken that on board (Yes, Us Men Do Listen Now And Then) and spent hours doing my own research and I think that I have come up with the perfect 10 sports bra's. ENJOY... Women have it really tough compared to men when it comes to exercising with having to deal with their Breasts (not to sound vulgar) bouncing up and down. As well as them hurting from exercising, you have to spend extra money just to get fit by buying a sports bra, I'm not claiming that I am an expert in this field (I'm missing a couple of things to be an expert) but I have done my research into what should make it into my list of The breast... sorry... When you're out jogging, playing football, or rugby... Yes, gentlemen... Women do and can play football and rugby! They don't only go up and down but they go left and right, in and out, clockwise, anti-clockwise Sometimes they even go in different directions Am I right girls? What do You Need From a Sports Bra?

Before I make a "TIT" of myself making another breast joke, let's look into what makes a sports bra good enough for the women in our lives

Comfort Padding Support The right fit Padded straps Elasticated back strap Proper underwire Obviously, the right fit is very important, you don't want to squeeze your D cups into an A cup sports bra, do you? I would imagine it would be like trying to get a jellyfish into a thimble. You need to find one that is not to lose that they fall out and not too tight that you cut off your circulation, the cups, straps, and bands should be as follows. Cups - You can do a stretch test by pulling on the top and bottom of each cup and the less give, the more control you will have of your puppies.  Then put on the bra and whichever type of sports bra you have the cup should hold the whole breast without any spilling out. Straps - Get hold of the top of one strap and the centre of one of the cups and pull, the less stretchy the front straps, the more control they will give. Bands - If you put a finger under the band by your chest you shouldn't be able to pull it more than an inch if you can its too big for you.  Next, if you reach your arms above your head and the band rises up, it's too big for you. Before you ask... No, I don't have my own sports bra The type of sports bra you need will depend on your size and the amount of exercising or sports you do so see below which type of sports bra you need Low-Impact Sports Bras are made of thin material and look like a crop top but do give you the support you need if you are only walking, doing yoga, or stretching. High-Impact Sports Bras tend to be made of less stretchy material and are great for energetic sports like football or rugby.

Compression Sports Bras keep your breasts close to your body giving you maximum support if you are running. Racerback Sports Bras are ideal for running or any repetitive movement sports reducing shoulder pressure and the added bonus of it never falling down. Encapsulation Sports Bras give your breasts that feminine shape and give you maximum support. Non-Wired Sports Bras are great for sensitive or developing breasts and still gives your breasts a great shape. Under-Wired Sports Bras give extra support and shaping for bigger breasts, but make sure you get the right fit. Sonic Boom: sonic man heroes part 2

 later that day, Team Sonic got to the airport where they saw a private jet. There was a steaming hot tub of water, action movies, snacks, anything they wanted.

Honey: *sighs* It's like where taking a vacation. Sonic: Yeah. Knuckles: Canon ball! Knuckles jumped in the water and got everyone wet. Team Sonic: KNUCKLES!! Amy: I just got my fur done! Honey: My hair! Sonic: *growls* After there flight they landed and saw Dixon next to a limousine. Dixon: "you made it" Knuckles: "sweet." Amy: "wow." They got in and drove of to the city.
