THE RETURN OF CRIMINALS FROM GEPM (EUROPEAN GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS IN MARKETING) THROUGH NATURA4EVER AND ERIC MASSON THE GODZICH GANG IS BACK LIE AT THE FVD

Hello everyone,

Let us, before anything else, in this dark time for the Network Marketing industry, introduce ourselves.

We are a group of independent distributors who have worked and developed for more than three years our networking activity within the company Natura4Ever, a Luxembourg company located at 35 rue J.-F. KENNEDY in STEINSEL and who is also a permanent member of the FVD (French Federation of Direct Sales).

Today, we are seeking justice directly from the FVD through Mr. Jacques COSNEFROY. The FVD, which for us, is and will remain the guardian and the guarantor of the ethics, the morality and the rules of ethics of this magnificent industry that is network marketing.

We also address the long list of all injured, disgraced and humiliated Natura4Ever distributors.

Dear distributors,

Natura4Ever being a member of the FVD, we would like to express our thanks to Mr. Jacques COSNEFROY, the FVD’s Delegate General, his representative and his spokesman, for the trust, support and help given to the entire industry of network marketing in France.

Being a member of the FVD is for us a pledge of seriousness and respect for the rigorous rules of the code of ethics and the ethics of direct selling. Promoting direct sales and its trades at the national level, as in every French region, this is the primary vocation of the FVD.

The FVD is the guarantor of the fundamental values of direct selling and their respect for all its members. The FVD also has a special mission: to oversee the development of member companies, of which Natura4Ever is a part.

However, we are now in possession of irrefutable evidence that this company, Natura4Ever, was never what it claims to be, and that its so-called “noble” mission serves as a front for a group of very well known criminals.

Know that what we are going to reveal to you is the strict truth and at every step, we will present you with the proofs that will leave you in no doubt.

At the helm of Natura4Ever is a criminal shareholder, condemned by the French Justice.

The true founder of Natura4Ever is a criminal named JEAN GODZICH.

Who is Jean Godzich: former founder of GEPM, aka the European Group of Professionals in Marketing, the company that has been classified as one of early pyramid schemes and who went bankrupt in 1995.

Jean Godzich is a criminal doubly sentenced to firm prison without appeal.

Eric Masson, the current puppet leader of Natura4Ever, has the mission to develop Natura4Ever under the cover and direction of his mentor and boss Jean Godzich.

The story began in 2014:

Eric Masson and Jean Godzich were at the time in negotiation with an Israeli company called S …… T. After a few weeks of discussions, the said society would have refused a partnership, given the sulfurous past of Jean Godzich. The two friends decide together, to create a new legal entity, not in France, but in Luxembourg (we understand why) to attack the French market.

Eric Masson deliberately lied to the FVD so that Natura4Ever would be admitted as a permanent member of the FVD. It has hidden the true identity of the founding shareholder of Natura4Ever and has built Natura4Ever’s reputation on the blatant lie, putting its distributors and their families at risk, opening the door to the wrongdoer, and preparing the company for a possible bankruptcy on the same lines as that of GEPM.

We will prove it.

We decided to bring these facts to the attention of the FVD, because, on the one hand, we can not ignore them as it would be immoral and almost criminal, and on the other hand, according to some distributors active today. Natura4Ever, alarming facts that take place in this business, continue to accumulate month after month.

The great speech of Eric Masson, the Chairman of Natura4Ever, who, by the way, changes his titles as he wishes, is less and less credible in the eyes of his clients and his own distributors. We are in possession of multiple facts, which demonstrates, unequivocally, that Natura4Ever became THE toy in the hands of an unscrupulous criminal who was at the origin of the GEPM and who, guided by his unhealthy ambitions, created Natura4Ever in the one and only goal of making it the GEPM BIS.

It is clear that the values declared by Natura4Ever are respected only on paper, when in fact, every day its distributors are confronted with facts, declarations and official actions proving the opposite; aggravate.

All his actions on behalf of Jean Godzich and Eric Masson, push us to act with firmness. So we decided to make them official and public. These criminal acts committed by notorious bandits must stop immediately, for the good of everyone.

Constant changes contrary to official declarations, changes of the strategies by Godzich and Masson, suspensions of accounts of independent distributors without any warning or plausible reason, misappropriation of funds, bribes, theft and displacement of network structures for to favor former GEPM leaders, commissions and cars leased to certain distributors chosen by Godzich and Masson, not based on their success and involvement in Natura4Ever, but on the fact that they are alumni of the GEPM and in the small shoes of two leaders ….. and all this carefully hidden. According to our sources, all this continues to this day.

Judge for yourself.

These outrageous acts, which are always of the same nature for many years, are sadly more and more numerous.

The hypocrisy of Godzich and the misrepresentations of Eric Masson and Jean-Michel Larré, the people who call themselves directors of the company, hiding the identity of the real boss, lead to the permanent dysfunction of Natura4ever, contribute to the lower compensations of independent distributors, not to mention the loss of trust.

We are firmly committed to stopping this kind of illegal practice and exercise of power that goes against all ethical rules. In our country, we remind you, that they reign two slogans: transparency and democracy.

If the “managers” of this society who make the rain and the good weather, bound by the pact of silence or rather by the CLAUSES OF CONFIDENTIALITY, which you will discover below, we will allow, in our turn, to act to the public, the press and through some major social networks as well as the competent judicial authorities.

Now, judge for yourself, here is the evidence.

We are today in possession of documents that prove unequivocally that the company Natura4Ever was founded and actually belongs to Jean GODZICH, former founder of the European Group of Marketing Professionals (GEPM), created in 1987 and based in the time in Fleury-sur-Andelle (Eure), near Rouen.

Eric Masson was one of Jean Godzich’s “Diamond” leaders.

Jean Godzich founded Natura4Ever with Eric Masson.

Jean Godzich remains to this day the invisible shareholder of Natura4Ever by exerting the power of management, communication and decision via, for example, the meetings of the Elite Committee, formed by the former leaders of GEMP and who have, themselves, the same, benefited from profitable and profitable investments by moving entire network structures for the sole purpose of presenting themselves as the Natura4Ever Diamonds.

We will prove by audio and video recordings that Eric Masson deliberately lied to the FVD regarding the management of Jean Godzich within Natura4Ever and that Jean Godzich continues to be actively involved in the development of Natura4Ever by the through Eric Masson.

Here are some facts about this unofficial leader.

Jean Godzich, of Polish origin, is a French naturalized American businessman, he is the founder of the GEPM in 1987, a public limited company with a capital of 10 million francs, who distributed cleaning products, ties, insecticides , bra and necessities. The GEPM has become a trading empire of 900 million francs.

In the same year, Jean Godzich was expelled from a well-known international network company, where he was a Diamond distributor, because of serious ethical differences.

In 1995, before going bankrupt, the GEPM sponsored a team of professional cyclists, on the advice of a former amateur cyclist, Eric Masson, who, we remind you, became the chief executive of the company founded by Jean Godzich, Natura4ever. For example: Luc Leblanc signed his contract a few days before becoming world champion. He even recorded a video message or he boasts of the humanism and the qualities of heart of Jean Godzich, president-founder of GEPM.

Luc Leblanc is part of Natura4Ever today, he is paid by Godzich and Masson, he also has a Natura4Ever car paid by the company, even if its results in terms of development are almost to zero.

ADFI (Association for the Defense of the Family and Individuals), which helps and defends the victims of mental manipulation, considered Godzich, Masson and the GEPM the second subject of concern after the Church of Scientology. Jean-Pierre Bousquet, Vice-President of the ADFI, spoke about the “sectarian characteristics” of Godzich and the GEPM. There are scores of testimonies that Godzich, Masson and their leaders at the GEPM contained most of the ingredients of a religious and sectarian practice, with a guru who bewitched his troops at gatherings, during which ceremonies were celebrated and where mental manipulation was done.

In addition, there are multiple testimonies and statements of distributors who felt they had been victims and who had complained to the Civic Union of Socialist Women (UFCS). A socialist from the Rhône had even written to the URSSAF to warn that Godzich, Masson and the leaders of the GEPM (who are represented today at Natutra4Ever) recruited young people without official payroll and that this entity was largely beyond the legal commercial framework and was related to a sect by its methods. The case was led by the director general of the repression of frauds. The UFCS has even filed a complaint with the High Court of Evreux, with overwhelming evidence about many salesmen scammed.

During a hearing before the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Caen, Father Jacques Troulard, a specialist in cults within the Catholic Church, said he found in the methods of the Group the traits that are found in dangerous cults. Moreover, a circular of the rectorate of Caen warned the principals against the recruitments of the pupils at the exit of the high schools. Godzich and confreres filed a lawsuit that lost with loss and crash, in 1993, as well as that against ADFI. The last CEO enlisted by Godzich was indicted on complaints from a consumer association and several former distributors.

In 1995, after a search of the gendarmes at the head office of Fleury-sur-Andelle, the GEPM became a Cedipac company. Its CEO, Lionel Charles, former president of the GEPM, announced his intention to liquidate all the companies related to the GEPM and stop the multi-level sale to act as a single central purchasing. He also claimed that the government and banks have forced him to eliminate Jean Godzich from the Board because of the fierceness of the media driven by the sponsorship of Luc Leblanc, eagerness that had reduced by 60% the activity of the Group. The company Cedipac filed for bankruptcy the same year and Lionel Charles was indicted for violation of the regulations on pyramid selling.

Three French executives of the ex-GEPM were prosecuted for complicity and were sentenced to 8 months to 2 years in prison, as well as to fines ranging from 10,000 to 80,000 euros.

The GEPM filed for bankruptcy in November 1995, its losses amounted to 37 million in the year, and there remained less than 1200 distributors.

Eric Masson, and all the leaders of the GEPM were controlled by the French tax authorities and all have, without exception, been rectified for tax evasion.

We remind you that the law of June 23, 1989 forbids proposing to a person to collect memberships or to join a list hoping for financial gains resulting from a geometric progression of the number of people recruited or registered . On 15 November 1993, the Senate adopted an amendment to the draft law on commercial practices, which aimed to hinder the development of so-called pyramid selling. Today, only so-called multi-level direct selling is legal.

At the time, Godzich and the GEPM were never admitted to the Direct Selling Union. The GEPM has been described as a snowball and fraudulent pyramid system, therefore prohibited by law.

Since 2007, an international arrest warrant has been issued against Jean Godzich, who has been sentenced to 3 years in prison in France and a fine of 500,000 euros for illegally transferring approximately 6 million dollars of the social funds of GEPM to United States prior to his declaration of bankruptcy by a civil court.

Two international arrest warrants were issued against Jean Godzich, the first on December 14, 2000 and the second on October 17, 2006. In 2006, Jean Godzich was sentenced by the Criminal Court of Evreux to 3 years of prison, 500,000 euros fine and 20 million euros in damages. A sentence that has never been executed, because Jean Godzich has never been able to leave his American cell.

In June 2016, Jean Godzich, aged 66, was prosecuted for misuse of corporate assets, bankruptcy with misappropriation or concealment of all or part of the assets, concealment of property resulting from bankruptcy and forgery, abuse of property or credit of a corporation by an officer for personal purposes and fraudulent alteration of the truth in a writing. He was arrested at an airport in France. He was judged and sentenced to 2 years in prison in January 2017, including a year in suspension and a €150,000 fine by the Criminal Court of Evreux.

Jean Godzich was imprisoned in France in June 2016.

He did not appeal, but he learned from his mistakes. We are convinced today that he went to the French justice only in order to stay in France, and to manage Natura4Ever operations from France.

Eric Masson and Jean Godzich have deliberately deceived the FVD so that Natura4Ever becomes a permanent member in order to continue conducting their clandestine business with Jean Godzich.

We will now show you the evidence that Jean Godzich is the true leader of Natura4Ever.

According to Eric Masson, Natura4Ever has preferred to make a clean sweep of his past, which he has stated in numerous interviews with the FVD claiming to have separated from Jean Godzich.

Eric Masson has simply lied for many years to the FVD.

According to some sources:

John Godzich aka Jean Godzich is now involved with Eric Masson (also an old A … .and GEPM Member). They are both owners of a new MLM company Natura4ever. Of course, Mr. Godzich is a “hidden” partner of Natura4Ever. Mr. Godzich did not go to prison for 3 years. “

Natura4Ever founded by Jean Godzich, chose Eric Masson as chairman of its board, undoubtedly to take advantage of its direct links with former leaders of the GEPM.

LYASSA LLC: a screen company owned by Jean Godzich, Eric Masson and other leaders. This company is registered in Delaware, United States.

What Natura4Ever distributors are unaware of is that

This criminal and highwayman, runs the Natura4Ever network in secret, Eric Masson being his faithful sidekick. Together, they adopt strategies, decide who, what, where and how, and even worse, take actions that go against even the most basic rules in terms of ethics, finances and management.

We are told about the FVD, sports teams, and at the same time, entire networks are stolen. Masson and Godzich decide to suspend accounts by punishing honest distributors, while the true criminals of society act safely, without fear for their unfair and criminal actions.

It has become indirectly their baby, it’s their business and we must not destroy or taint this beautiful image.

Currently you are under house arrest and you have been sentenced to several months in prison, fines and damages. Everyone can see that your name appears in articles, on websites that it is in France or in the USA, and which mentions your condemnation. In your interest, that of the distributors and Natura4Ever, it is clear that you can not appear anymore as a distributor.

There are surely malicious people who only try to get us down.

A successful company is still bothering, especially in France. I hope you understand our situation, I know that for someone like you, staying in the shadows is not easy, but we must be very vigilant. Eric has already lost a lot with NL. Eric and I, as a director of the company, have responsibilities, we have invested a lot of time and money, and we will protect Natura4Ever because we do not want the story repeats itself. Finally, we would like to bring to light another fact, no less worrying:

Know that one of the shareholders for 5% of the capital and member for several years of the management of Natura4Ever called LOUIS Rémy Raymond Rodolphe, was sentenced by the tribunal de grande instance of Paris to 3 years in prison for fraud in France.

Mr. LOUIS Rémy with various associates and members of his family is the founder of fraudulent companies: PHBC lnvest SA, 134, rue Adolphe Fischer, Luxembourg and PHBC International SA, 134, rue Adolphe Fischer, Luxembourg (always luxembourg).

Mr Rémy LOUIS has robbed several thousand victims in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland of more than 30 million euros by selling them fictitious investments and products.

He was sentenced by the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris, to 30 months imprisonment for aggravated money laundering by competition organized gang (read the conviction of the TGI of Paris, as well as some extracts from all the documents in our possession, below).

As a further penalty, against Rémy Louis and others, the court ordered the confiscation of all their property, funds and bank accounts held in various European countries. PHBC, which was the subject in 2007 of an alert from the Financial Sector Supervisory Commission due to the exercise of a financial sector activity without authorization, then legal proceedings both in France and Luxembourg, has been liquidated by the courts in 2015.

It appears therefore that the suspicions concerning the possible involvement of LOUIS Rémy Raymond Rodolphe has activities leading to criminal prosecution is justified, more than 40 savers have filed a complaint in Paris for fraud against his financial company PHBC, based in France and the Luxembourg, which had high returns if its investors became shareholders. Dividends were not paid. The CSSF has warned the public of the activities of these companies under Luxembourg law, by issuing an alert and advising persons who have been wronged to lodge a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office of the District Court of Luxembourg. A dozen people are at the head of this scam, all known by the service of representation of frauds.

Some are part of the Natura4Ever network and we are not sure if their accounts are blocked to date. Mr Rémy LOUIS is still a shareholder in Natura4Ever, which has not taken any action in his case.

ON CIVIL ACTION

ON PUBLIC ACTION

Mr. Rémy LOUIS and others appealed the decision of the High Court issued in March 2017, but no doubt that the decision of the TGI of Paris will be endorsed.

Given the serious prejudice to the interests of shareholders, distributors and customers of Natura4Ever, and the existence of conduct contrary to the Code of Conduct of the company, we allow ourselves to launch this alert to Natura4Ever distributors, in a first, then with the French and Luxembourg population, but also with the French Federation of Direct Selling (FVD) and the national press, following the list stipulated herewith. This message will also be communicated on some social networks.

1. I pack for the underworld

“Dear, don’t forget your toothbrush and toothpaste!” mom reminded me as I was putting my charger inside my favourite chikorita backpack.

“You did brush your teeth, right?”

“Yes, mom. I always do,” I answered routinely. She asks the same question every morning and I always answer that I did, I have no need to lie. Hygiene is important, after all.

“Did you pack enough underwear? Clothes for every weather?”

“I tried. Didn’t the pan say that the weather is always on the colder side of mild in the place we’re going to?”

“Cooler side, yes, but you can never be sure, dear.”

Well, I’ll see if it’s cooler when I get there, won’t I? But I didn’t say that out loud. Mom doesn’t like sarcastic comments, she’s of the opinion that it’s better to be direct when speaking.

Mom walked toward me and gave me a soft kiss on my forehead. “I will miss you, Gemma.”

The doorbell rang, stopping me from telling her, that I’ll miss her too.

“Seems he is here!” she walked around me to open the door.

Behind it stood a young man, or rather a young pan that was trying to pass as a young man. He was wearing a cheerful smile, a long-sleeved polo shirt with a sweater vest and pinstriped trousers. The outfit would look quite formal if it weren't for his loose knit beanie with a floral design.

“I… That sounds nice but we should be on our way,” Oliver smiled sheepishly. Or should it be goatishly? As he is a pan and all that? Goat legs, great climber, cute horns and stuff, you know? Oh, don’t worry, it also seemed weird to me the first time we met.

We went to the Natural History Museum in London a few months back. (I love dinosaurs.) We only go on special occasions, this time it was for my birthday. Why only for special occasions, you ask? Well, we, it’s only me and my mom, live in a small village called Abinger and my mom cannot see, so getting places… it’s a bit difficult. But this time we went. We stopped by St. James’s Park (because there are awesome living dinosaurs there) and that’s where we met Oliver. He was hanging out with his nymph friends, or that’s what he told us, but as soon as he smelled me, he ran towards us so fast he lost his feet! (Not his real feet, of course, but the fake polystyrene ones the pans wear to pass as humans.)

He told us that I have a strong connection to the earth and was quite surprised that I started walking faster. But mom stopped me and decided that the London park in the later afternoon is the best place to dump on me that I'm actually a demigod! That’s why I never met my dad and why he doesn’t live with us. Though Oliver, as I already said, was quite surprised. Supposedly, the deities of Europe and the Meditteranean decided to at least try to be good parents, to make it up for their past misdeeds or something like that. (Have you read the myths? They are actually horrible people.) They should explain what they are, before deciding to create a child with someone (as all people should) and then at least pay for childcare. As my dad didn’t do any of that Oliver came to the conclusion that he must be just some minor rural deity. (Though wouldn’t minor gods have more time for their kids as their domain is smaller?) For Greco-Roman demigods, especially those with an absentee divine parent (such as myself), there is a mandatory voluntary training camp each summer. ‘To hone your abilities, make new friends and prepare yourself for the life of a hero!’ at least that’s what the brochure said. And this summer happens to be special because the Greco-Roman pantheon is hosting the Gathering of the European Pantheons and the Pantheons of the Mediterranean Region. Gepm for short (yes, I know, it doesn’t include all the initials, but even you must admit that Gepm is a bit more pronounceable than GEPPMR).

“Miss Gemma, are you ready to depart?” Oliver asked with that storyteller's voice that people do when they want to hype someone up for an adventure.

“Yes, mister Oliver. I’m ready!” I called. The ‘ready’ part of my answer ended up heaving the weird melody as if picking something heavy (because I was picking something heavy - my hiking backpack).

“Oh, miss, you don’t have to carry that!” said Oliver and took it down from my back, “Just carry your lovely little green friend and I’ll deal with the heavy stuff.”

“Thank you. Will you be alright?” I had to ask, “it really is heavy.” Well, sorry for being concerned, but he was the same height as me (which isn’t much) and looked quite shaky on those fake feet of his. But he was stronger than he looked, he carried my heavy hiking backpack with the utmost ease.

We said our goodbyes and left the premises. I expected some kind of magical transport, but Oliver confidently walked towards a small green car parked next to our hedges.

“Hop on in, miss,” Oliver called as he was putting my backpack in the boot.

“Can I sit in the front?”

“Yes, of course!”

There were hedges in my way.

Oliver noticed, “Oh, apologies. I’ll move so you can get in.”

He took it straight to London.

“Where exactly are we going?”

“The Underworld. But if you are asking where we’re going to get to the Underworld… We are going to the Camberwell Submarine.”

“That’s an entrance to the Underworld?”

“One of. The main one in London is in Notting Hill Gate Station. But the Submarine is a direct doorway, a backdoor entrance you could say. It’s faster.”

I nodded.

“My apologies for not taking you on the scenic route.”

“No, that’s fine,” I assured him, “it’s a three-week camp. We’ll go on a quick tour at some point, right?”

“Lord Hades doesn’t like the living snooping around his Underworld, but lord Dionysus always finds a way to make him create an exception.”

“Are the gods going to be at camp?”

“I don’t really want to spoil it for you…”

“But it would be nice to be prepared.”

“That is true…”

I smiled at him, “Please?”

“Alright, just a little spoiler,” Oliver took a deep breath, “The main counsellor and activity director is Cheiron-”

“The immortal centaur, I know,” I interjected, “That was in the brochure.”

“Oh, of course,” he got a bit flustered.

“Sorry.” I realised I was rude…

“No, no! It’s alright. You’d rather know stuff about the gods, right?”

“Well, I don’t want to get smited…”

Oliver laughed, “You don’t have to worry about that. That’s why it’s in the Underworld. So the gods that usually do the smiting can be kept out. But don’t tell them that. The chthonic-” I made a face. “-The underworld deities, I mean, are usually pretty calm.”

“So lord Hades runs the camp?”

“Oh no,” he smiled, “lord Hades has too much work on his hands. The director is lady Persephone, lord Hades is more of a sponsor. But there will be the Graces, lady Psyche, her daughter, lady Hedone, lady Harmonia, actually, I’m not sure about that one, and lord Dionysus of course. He is the god of youths after all. And there'll be many nymphs, satyrs and pans. Maybe also some volunteers from Elysium!”

“Dead people?”

“There are some great dinner ladies in Elysium!” I couldn’t argue with that.

The rest of the way Oliver answered my endless questions about the upcoming weeks, so I’d be better prepared. But, as I stepped inside the ginormous cavern designated as the campgrounds, I realised, that nothing could have prepared me for it.

Bonjour à tous,

Permettez-nous, avant toute chose, en cette période noire pour l’industrie du Marketing de réseaux, de nous présenter.

Nous sommes un groupe de distributeurs indépendants anonymes qui avons travaillé et développé pendant plus de trois ans notre activité de réseauteurs au sein de la compagnie Natura4Ever, une société luxembourgeoise domiciliée 35 rue J.-F. KENNEDY à STEINSEL et qui est aussi membre permanent de la FVD (Fédération française de la vente directe).

Aujourd’hui, nous demandons justice directement à la FVD par l’intermédiaire de M. Jacques COSENEFROY. La FVD, qui pour nous, est et restera le gardien et le garant de l’éthique, de la moralité et des règles déontologiques de cette magnifique industrie qu’est le marketing de réseau.

Nous nous adressons aussi à la longue liste de tous les distributeurs lésés, bafoués et humiliés de Natura4Ever.

Chers distributeurs,

Natura4Ever étant membre de la FVD, nous voudrions adresser nos remerciements à M. Jacques COSENEFROY, le Délégué Général de la FVD, son représentant et son porte-parole, pour la confiance, le soutien et l’aide accordés à toute l’industrie du marketing de réseaux en France.

Être membre de la FVD est pour nous un gage de sérieux et de respect des règles rigoureuses du code de déontologie et de l’éthique de la vente directe. Promouvoir la vente directe et ses métiers à l’échelon national, comme dans chaque région française, telle est la vocation première de la FVD.

La FVD est le garant des valeurs fondamentales de la vente directe et de leur respect pour tous ses membres. La FVD a également une mission particulière: superviser le développement des entreprises adhérentes, dont Natura4Ever fait partie.

Cependant, nous sommes aujourd’hui en possession de preuves irréfutables du fait que cette société, Natura4Ever, n’a jamais été ce qu’elle prétend être, et que sa soi-disant «noble» mission sert de façade à un groupe de criminels très connus.

Sachez que ce que nous allons vous dévoiler est la stricte vérité et à chaque étape, nous allons vous en présenter les preuves qui ne vous laisseront aucun doute.

À la tête de Natura4Ever se trouve un actionnaire criminel et condamné par la Justice française.

Le vrai Fondateur de Natura4Ever est un criminel dénommé JEAN GODZICH.

Qui est Jean Godzich : ancien fondateur de GEPM, alias le Groupement Européen des Professionnels du Marketing, la société classée pyramidale et qui a fait faillite en 1995.

Jean Godzich est un criminel doublement condamné à la prison ferme sans appel.

Eric Masson, l’actuel dirigeant marionnette de Natura4Ever, a pour mission de développer Natura4Ever sous le couvert et la direction de son mentor et patron Jean Godzich.

L’histoire a commencé en 2014:

Eric Masson et Jean Godzich étaient à l’époque en négociation avec une compagnie israélienne dénommé S……T. Après quelques semaines de discussions, la dite société aurait refusé un partenariat, vu le passé sulfureux de Jean Godzich. Les deux compères décident donc ensemble, de créer une nouvelle entité juridique, pas en France, mais au Luxembourg (on comprend pourquoi) pour attaquer le marché français.

Eric Masson a délibérément menti à la FVD afin que Natura4Ever soit admise en tant que membre permanent de la FVD. Il a déliberement caché la vraie identité de l’actionnaire fondateur de Natura4Ever et a ainsi bâti la réputation de Natura4Ever sur le mensonge flagrant, en mettant ses distributeurs et leur famille en danger, en ouvrant la porte au malfaiteur, et en préparant la société à une possible faillite digne de GEPM.

Nous allons le prouver.

Nous avons décidé de porter ces faits à l’attention de la FVD, car, d’une part, nous ne pouvons plus les ignorer, ce serait immoral et quasiment criminel, et d’autre part, d’après certains distributeurs actifs aujourd’hui de Natura4Ever, des faits alarmants qui ont lieu dans cette entreprise, continuent de s’accumuler mois apres mois.

Le beau discours d’Eric Masson, qui est le Chairman (et qui change ses titres à sa guise) est de moins en moins crédible au yeux de ses clients et de ses propres distributeurs. Nous sommes en possession de multiples faits, qui démontrent, sans équivoque, que Natura4Ever est devenu LE jouet dans les mains d’un criminel sans scrupule qui était à l’origine du GEPM et qui, guidé par ses ambitions malsaines, a créé Natura4Ever dans le seul et unique but d’en faire le GEPM BIS.

Force est de constater que les valeurs déclarées par Natura4Ever ne sont respectées que sur le papier, alors qu’en réalité, tous les jours ses distributeurs sont confrontés à des faits, déclarations et actions officielles prouvant le contraire, et cela ne fait que s’aggraver.

Toutes ses actions de la part de Jean Godzich et Eric Masson, nous poussent à agir avec fermeté. Nous avons donc décidé de les rendre officielles et publiques. Ces agissements criminels commis par des bandits notoires doivent cesser immédiatement, pour le bien de tout le monde.

Des changements constants allant à l’encontre des déclarations officielles, changements du cap par Godzich et Masson, suspensions des comptes des distributeurs indépendants sans aucun avertissement, ni raison plausible, détournement des fonds, pots de vins, vols et déplacements des structures du réseau pour favoriser des anciens leaders du GEPM, des commissions et des voitures payées en leasing à certains distributeurs choisis par Godzich et Masson, non basées sur leur réussite et leur implication au sein de la société Natura4Ever, mais sur le fait qu’ils soient des anciens du GEPM et dans les petits souliers de deux dirigeants….. et tout ceci soigneusement caché. D’après nos sources, tout ceci continue de plus belle, à ce jour.

Jugez par vous-mêmes.

Ces actes totalement scandaleux et toujours de même nature durant de longues années sont malheureusement de plus en plus nombreux.

L’hypocrisie de Godzich et les déclarations mensongères d’Eric Masson et de Jean-Michel Larré, des personnes qui se nomment dirigeants de l’entreprise, en cachant l’identité du véritable patron, mènent au dysfonctionnement permanent de Natura4Ever, contribuent à la baisse des chèques des distributeurs indépendants, sans parler de la perte de confiance.

Nous sommes fermement décidés à stopper ce genre de pratique et d’exercice de pouvoir illégal qui va à l’encontre de toutes règles déontologiques. Dans notre pays, nous vous rappelons, qu’ils règnent deux mots d’ordre: transparence et démocratie.

Si les “gestionnaires” de cette société qui font la pluie et le beau temps, liés par le pacte du silence ou plutôt par les CLAUSES DE CONFIDENTIALITÉ, que vous allez découvrir ci-dessous, nous nous permettrons, à notre tour, d’agir auprès du public, de la presse et à travers certains réseaux sociaux majeurs ainsi que les autorités judiciaires compétentes.

Maintenant, jugez par vous-mêmes, voici les preuves.

Nous sommes aujourd’hui en possession de documents qui prouvent sans aucune équivoque que la société Natura4Ever a été fondée et appartient en réalité à Jean GODZICH, ancien fondateur du Groupement Européen des Professionnels du Marketing (GEPM), créé en 1987 et basée à l’époque à Fleury-sur-Andelle (Eure), près de Rouen.

Eric Masson a été un des leaders “Diamant” de Jean Godzich.

Jean Godzich a fondé Natura4Ever avec Eric Masson.

Jean Godzich reste à ce jour l’actionnaire invisible de Natura4Ever en exerçant le pouvoir de gestion, de communication et de décision via, par exemple, les réunions du Comité d’Élites, formé par les anciens leaders de GEMP et qui ont, eux-mêmes, bénéficié de placements avantageux et rémunérateurs, en déplaçant des structures de réseau entières dans le seul but de se présenter comme les Diamants de Natura4Ever.

Nous allons vous prouvez par des enregistrements audio et vidéo qu’Eric Masson a délibérément menti à la FVD en ce qui concerne la direction de Jean Godzich au sein de Natura4Ever et que Jean Godzich continue à s’impliquer activement dans le développement de Natura4Ever par le truchement d’Eric Masson.

Voici quelques faits sur ce dirigeant officieux.

Jean Godzich, d’origine polonaise, est un homme d’affaire français naturalisé américain, il est le fondateur du GEPM en 1987, société anonyme au capital de 10 millions de francs, qui distribuait des produits d’entretien, des cravates, des insecticides, des soutien-gorge et des produits de première nécessité. Le GEPM est devenue un empire commercial de 900 millions de francs.

La même année, Jean Godzich était exclu d’une compagnie de réseau internationale très connue, où il était distributeur Diamant, en raison de graves divergences déontologiques.

En 1995, avant de faire faillite, le GEPM patronnait une équipe de cyclistes professionnels, sur les conseils d’un ex-amateur cycliste, Eric Masson, qui, on vous le rappelle, est devenu le chairman cadre de la société fondée par Jean Godzich Natura4Ever. Par exemple: Luc Leblanc a signé son contrat quelques jours avant de devenir champion du monde. Il a même enregistré un message vidéo ou il se vante de l’humanisme et des qualités de coeur de Jean Godzich, président-fondateur de GEPM.

Luc Leblanc fait partie de Natura4Ever aujourd’hui, il est rémunéré par Godzich et Masson, il a aussi une voiture Natura4Ever payée par la compagnie, même si ses résultats en terme de développement sont quasiment à zéro.

ADFI (Association pour la défense de la famille et des individus), qui aide et défend les victimes de manipulations mentales, a considéré Godzich, Masson et le GEPM le deuxième sujet d’inquiétude après l’Église de scientologie. Jean-Pierre Bousquet, vice-président de l’ADFI, a évoqué les « caractéristiques sectaires » de Godzich et du GEPM. Il existe des dizaines de témoignages sur le fait que Godzich, Masson et leurs leaders au GEPM contenaient la plupart des ingrédients d’une pratique religieuse et sectaire, avec un gourou qui envoûtait ses troupes lors de rassemblements, au cours desquels des cérémonies ont été célébrées et où l’on procédait à des manipulations mentales. Jean Godzich entretenait le culte des fondateurs avec ses douze distributeurs Diamants qui formait l’élite supposée du réseau et dont quelques-uns sont devenus le fameux Comité d’Élites d’aujourd’hui au sein de Natura4Ever.

Par ailleurs, Il existe de multiples témoignages et déclarations des distributeurs estimant avoir été victimes et qui s’en étaient plaints auprès de l’Union féminine civique et sociale (UFCS). Une députée socialiste du Rhône avait même écrit à l’URSSAF pour prévenir que Godzich, Masson et les leaders du GEPM (qui sont représentés aujourd’hui chez Natutra4Ever) recrutaient des jeunes gens sans fiche de paye et que cet organisme débordait largement du cadre commercial legal et s’apparentait par des méthodes à une secte. Le dossier était mené par le directeur général de la répression des fraudes. L’UFCS a même déposé une plainte au Tribunal de Grande Instance d’Evreux, avec des témoignages accablants concernant de nombreux vendeurs grugés.

Au cours d’une audience devant le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Caen, le père Jacques Troulard, spécialiste des sectes au sein de l’Église catholique, a déclaré avoir décelé dans les méthodes du Groupement des traits que l’on retrouve dans les sectes dangereuses, de plus, une circulaire du rectorat de Caen a mis en garde les proviseurs contre les recrutements des élèves à la sortie des lycées. Godzich et confrères ont intenté un procès qu’ils ont perdu avec perte et fracas, en 1993, ainsi que celui intenté contre l’ADFI. Le dernier PDG enrolé par Godzicha as était mis en examen sur des plaintes d’une association de consommateurs et de plusieurs anciens distributeurs.

En 1995, après une perquisition des gendarmes au siège de Fleury-sur-Andelle, le GEPM s’est transformée en société Cedipac. Son PDG, Lionel Charles, ex-président du GEPM, a annoncé son intention de liquider toutes les sociétés liées au GEPM et d’arrêter la vente multi-niveau pour agir en simple centrale d’achats. Il a également prétendu que les pouvoirs publics et les banques l’ont obligé à éliminer Jean Godzich à cause de l’acharnement des médias entraîné par le parrainage de Luc Leblanc, acharnement qui avait fait chuter de 60 % l’activité du Groupement. La société Cedipac a déposé son bilan la même année et Lionel Charles a été mis en examen pour infraction à la réglementation sur la vente pyramidale.

Trois cadres français de l’ex-GEPM ont été poursuivis pour complicité et ont été condamnés à des peines allant de 8 mois à 2 ans de prison, toutes assorties de sursis, ainsi qu’à des amendes allant de 10.000 à 80.000 euros.

Le GEPM a déposé son bilan en novembre 1995, ses pertes s’élevaient à 37 millions dans l’année, et il restait moins de 1200 distributeurs.

Eric Masson, et tous les leaders du GEPM ont été contrôlés par le fisc français et ont tous, sans exception, été redressés pour fraude fiscale. Nous vous rappelons que la loi du 23 juin 1989 interdit le fait de proposer à une personne de collecter des adhésions ou de s’inscrire sur une liste en lui faisant espérer des gains financiers résultant d’une progression géométrique du nombre de personnes recrutées ou inscrites. Le Sénat a adopté le 15 novembre 1993 un amendement au projet de loi sur les pratiques commerciales, qui visait à entraver le développement de la vente dite pyramidale. Aujourd’hui, seule la vente directe dite multi-niveau est légale.

À l’époque, Godzich et le GEPM n’ont jamais été admis au Syndicat de la vente directe. Le GEPM a été qualifiée de boule de neige et de système pyramidal frauduleux, donc interdit par la loi.

Depuis 2007, un mandat d’arrêt international a été lancé contre Jean Godzich, qui a été condamné à 3 ans de prison en France et à une amende de 500 000 euros pour avoir transféré illégalement environ 6 millions de dollars des fonds sociaux de GEPM aux États-Unis avant sa déclaration de faillite par un tribunal civil.

Deux mandats d’arrêt internationaux ont été lancés contre Jean Godzich, le premier en date du 14 décembre 2000 et le second en date du 17 octobre 2006. En 2006, Jean Godzich avait été condamné par le tribunal correctionnel d’Evreux à 3 ans de prison, 500 000 euros d’amende et 20 millions d’euros de dommages et intérêts. Une peine qui n’a jamais été exécutée, car Jean Godzich n’a jamais pu quitté son cachot américain.

En juin 2016, Jean Godzich, âgé de 66 ans, a été poursuivi pour abus de biens sociaux, banqueroute avec détournement ou dissimulation de tout ou partie de l’actif, recel de biens provenant d’une banqueroute et faux, abus de biens ou du crédit d’une société par actions par un dirigeant à des fins personnelles et altération frauduleuses de la vérité dans un écrit. Il a pu être interpellé à un aéroport en France. Il a été jugé et condamné à 2 ans de prison en janvier 2017, dont un an avec sursis et à 150 000 € d’amende par le tribunal correctionnel d’Evreux.

Jean Godzich a été incarcéré en France en juin 2016.

Il n’a pas fait appel, mais il a appris de ses erreurs. Nous sommes convaincus aujourd’hui qu’il s’est rendue à la justice française uniquement dans le but de pouvoir rester en France, et de gérer les opérations de Natura4Ever depuis la France.

Eric Masson et Jean Godzich ont volontairement trompé la FVD afin que Natura4Ever en devienne un membre permanent dans le but de continuer à mener leurs affaires clandestines avec Jean Godzich.

Nous allons maintenant vous présenter les preuves du fait que Jean Godzich est le veritable dirigeant de Natura4Ever.

Selon Eric Masson, Natura4Ever a préféré faire table rase de son passé, ce qu’il a déclaré lors de nombreux interviews à la FVD en prétendant s’être séparé de Jean Godzich.

Eric Masson a tout simplement menti depuis de longues années à la FVD.

Traduction: « John Godzich alias Jean Godzich est maintenant impliqué avec Eric Masson (également un ancien membre d’A…. et de GEPM). Ils sont tous deux propriétaires d’une nouvelle société de MLM, Natura4Ever. Bien entendu, M. Godzich est un partenaire “caché” de Natura4Ever. M. Godzich est allé en prison et il y est reste pour 3 ans ».

Natura4Ever fondée par Jean Godzich, a choisi Eric Masson comme président de son conseil d’administration, sans aucun doute pour profiter de ses liens directs avec les anciens leaders du GEPM.

LYASSA LLC: une compagnie écran appartenant à Jean Godzich, Eric Masson et d’autres leaders. Cette compagnie est enregistrée à Delaware, aux États-Unis.

Ce que les distributeurs de Natura4Ever ignorent, c’est qu’OFFICIEUSEMENT

JOHN GODZICH EST ENCORE ET TOUJOURS LE FONDATEUR DE NATURA4EVER.

(par ailleurs, c’est lui qui a créé le logo de Natura4Ever.)

Ce criminel et bandit de grand chemin, dirige le réseau de Natura4Ever en cachette, Eric Masson étant son fidèle acolyte. Ensemble, ils adoptent des stratégies, décident qui, quoi, où et comment, et pire encore, mènent des actions qui vont à l’encontre même des règles les plus élémentaires en terme d’éthique, de finances et de gestion.

On nous parle de la FVD, des équipes sportives, et dans le même temps, des réseaux entiers sont spoliés. Masson et Godzich décident de suspendre des comptes en sanctionnant des distributeurs honnêtes, alors que les vrais malfaiteurs de la société agissent en toute sécurité, sans crainte pour leurs actions déloyales et criminelles.

Ceci doit s’arrêter.

« Natura4Ever a l’air de fonctionner d’une manière un peu similaire, d’autant plus que Godzich est de la partie, même s’il reste caché. D’ailleurs, cela ne m’étonne pas que la société soit basée au Luxembourg ».

C’est devenu indirectement leur bébé, c’est leur affaire et nous ne devons pas détruire ou entacher cette belle image.

Actuellement tu es assigné à résidence et tu as été condamné à plusieurs mois de prison, à des amendes et des dommages et intérêts. Tout le monde peut constater que ton nom apparait dans des articles, sur des sites web que ce soit en France ou aux USA, et qui mentionne ta condamnation. Dans ton intérêt, celui des distributeurs et de Natura4Ever, il est clair que tu ne peux plus apparaitre en tant que distributeur.

Il y a surement des personnes mal intentionnées qui n’attentent que ça pour nous descendre.

Une compagnie qui a du succès dérange toujours, surtout en France. J’espère que tu comprends notre situation, je sais que pour une personne comme toi, le fait de rester dans l��ombre n’est surement pas facile, mais nous ne devons être très vigilant. changer le nom de ta société (avec une société dans laquelle tu n’apparais pas, il faudra donc nous fournir l’enregistrement RCS). faire une cession de contrat à cette nouvelle société. ne pas faire de reconnaissance de cette société. t’enlever des groupes whats’app. mais avant de t’enlever, n’oublies pas de changer l’identité afin qu’il n’y ait pas de questions. ne pas communiquer avec le réseau. tu peux créer un groupe avec tes filleuls directs. dire à tes filleuls directs de ne pas te citer. ne pas être présent dans tous les évènements Natura4Ever. ne pas faire de webinars pour Natura4Ever. – même si tu créé une société de consulting, N4E ne peut pas utiliser tes services. tes filleuls directs peuvent te contacter pour avoir des conseils mais cela doit rester leur propre initiative. Ce sont des mesures de précaution pour le bien de tous.

Enfin, nous voudrions mettre au grand jour un autre fait, pas moins inquiétant :

Sachez qu’un des actionnaires à hauteur de 5% du capital et membre pendant plusieurs années de la direction de Natura4Ever dénommé LOUIS Rémy Raymond Rodolphe, a été condamné par le tribunal de grande instance de Paris à 3 ans de prison pour fraude et escroquerie en France.

M. LOUIS Rémy avec divers associés et membres de sa famille est le fondateur de sociétés frauduleuses : PHBC lnvest S.A., 134, rue Adolphe Fischer, Luxembourg et PHBC International S.A., 134, rue Adolphe Fischer, Luxembourg (toujours le luxembourg)

M. Rémy LOUIS a dépouillé plusieurs milliers de victimes en France, Luxembourg et Suisse d’une somme dépassant les 30 millions d’euros, en leur vendant des placements et produits fictifs.

Il a été condamné par le Tribunal de Grande Instance à Paris, à 30 mois de prison pour blanchiment aggravé par concours en bande organisée (lire la condamnation du TGI de Paris, aussi bien que quelques extraits de l’ensemble des documents en notre possession, ci-dessous)

À titre de peine complémentaire, à l’encontre de Rémy Louis et consort, le tribunal a ordonné la confiscation de l’ensemble de leurs biens, des fonds et comptes bancaires détenus dans différents pays européens. PHBC, qui a fait l’objet en 2007 d’une alerte du Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier en raison de l’exercice d’une activité du secteur financier sans autorisation, puis de poursuites judiciaires tant en France qu’au Luxembourg, a été liquidé par voie judiciaire en 2015.

Il apparaît dès lors que les soupçons concernant l’éventuelle implication de LOUIS Rémy Raymond Rodolphe a des activités ayant entraînés des poursuites pénales est fondée, plus de 40 épargnants ont déposé plainte à Paris pour escroquerie contre sa société financière PHBC, basée en France et au Luxembourg, et qui faisait miroiter d’importants rendements si ses épargnants devenaient actionnaires. Les dividendes n’étaient pas payés. La CSSF a averti le public des activités des dites sociétés de droit luxembourgeois, en lançant une alerte et en conseillant aux personnes qui auraient été lésées de déposer plainte auprès du parquet du Tribunal d’arrondissement de Luxembourg. Selon les informations dont dispose la CSSF, ces sociétés font appel public à l’épargne, ne disposant pas de l’agrément nécessaire à la prestation de ces services au ou à partir du Luxembourg.

L’instruction en cours, diligenté par la juridiction interrégionale spécialisée de Paris qui traite les affaires de crimes organisés est en train de se pencher sur les activités complémentaires des membres de ce groupe.

Une dizaine de personnes sont à la tête de cette escroquerie, toutes connues par le service de représentation des fraudes.

Certaines font parties du réseau de Natura4Ever et nous ne sommes pas sûrs que leurs comptes soient bloqués à ce jour. M. Rémy LOUIS est toujours actionnaire de la société Natura4Ever qui n’a pris aucune mesure en ce qui le concerne.

M. Rémy LOUIS et consorts ont fait appel de la décision du Tribunal de la Grande Instance délivré en Mars 2017, mais nul ne doute que la décision du TGI de Paris sera entérinée.

Étant donné les préjudices graves pour l’intérêt des actionnaires, distributeurs et clients de la société Natura4Ever, et l’existence de conduites contraires au Code de conduite de la société, nous nous permettons de lancer cette alerte auprès des distributeurs de Natura4Ever, dans un premier lieu, ensuite auprès de la population française et luxembourgeoise, mais aussi auprès de Fédération française de la Vente Directe (FVD) et de la presse nationale, suivante la liste stipulée ci-dessous.
