#griffithpark is so expansive and beautiful! Doggies loved all the new smells and scenery for sure. And the sun even came out, woo hoo!! ☀️ Had a great lunch at #trailsgriffithpark and really enjoyed the trees and fresh air. Caught some amazing views of the city of #losangeles and the #griffithobservatory as well. Took a drive up #beachwoodcanyon to snap a shot of the most famous sign in the world, #hollywoodsign and drove down #hollywoodblvd, my old stomping grounds. Things continue to change in Hollywood, and not really for the best. But I will try to remain hopeful and will always have a special place in my heart for this crazy town. Today was crazy hot outside, so I crafted a #microadventure that included the air-conditioned car or indoor spaces. #art and #architecture in #dtla. #overtheinfluencegallery is a beautiful space where we enjoyed some #creativity. Checked out the outstanding #streamlinemoderne #cocacola building erected in 1939. Love it! Ran into a jerkey factory from 1929 along the way. Made our way to the magnificent #artdeco #missionrevival #losangelesunionstation. #trainstation also built in 1939. And as a bonus, ended up right in front of the glorious 1940 #spanishcolonialrevival style #postoffice. Annnnnd … that’s a wrap. Short and sweet today due to insane heat.
