Super excited to finally have opened my @boutiqueygin advent calendar! A wee while ago I created a Christmas cocktail using 7 Continents Gin, which is behind Boutique-y door number 1, it’s super scrummy and the recipe is below. . . Blood Orange & Cumin Margarita . . 30ml gin 60ml fresh blood orange 20ml lime A touch of simple syrup if it’s too tart, but I like it as is Salt and cumin for the glass rim . . Run a lime around the rim of the glass then dip into a salt and cumin mix I love this gin as it’s crisp, clean and incredibly veraitile which makes it fab for playing with in cocktails. It works brilliantly with savoury flavours for instance, in a Red Snapper or a Salty Dog, so I figured it would be great in a margarita...and I wasn’t wrong!
