Nada mejor que un exquisito postre después de un suculento almuerzo, y más estando en grata compañía. Disfruté a más no poder de un cheesecake de pistacho, cremoso, suave pero consistente, en su punto de azúcar sin pecar de dulce, y cuya única observación es que lo preferiría con una base de galleta más crujiente, aún así, voy y repito porque realmente estuvo delicioso. No podía faltar mi dosis de té verde. Mi acompañante y buen amigo optó por un cheesecake de frutos rojos, que obviamente también probé, y que me gustó muchísimo. Él prefirió su dosis de café. Una velada muy agradable y nutritiva en todos los aspectos! ... Nothing better than an exquisite dessert after a succulent lunch, and even more so while being in pleasant company. I really enjoyed a pistachio cheesecake, creamy, soft but consistent, with just the right amount of sugar, avoiding excesses, and whose only observation I would make is that I would prefer it with a crunchier biscuit base, even so, I go and repeat because it was really delicious. I could not miss my dose of green tea. My companion and good friend opted for a red fruit cheesecake, which I obviously also tried, and which I really liked. He preferred his dose of coffee. Disfrutando de un muy fresco clima me endulcé la tarde con un helado de dulce de leche y avellana y sirope de chocolate. Cremoso pero firme, de textura suave que se deshace en la boca. ¡Delicioso!
