OH GOD IM HAVING AN ANXIETY ATTACK
on the bright side, i don't have many of those anymore since ive stopped talking to my grandma
ive also noticed that my depression (and anxiety in general) pretty much went away.
and ive gotten healthier
and that's on 💫trauma💫
#original post#i may have lost almost 100 stuffed animals and knick knacks#and my dog#and the ability to go outside without getting spotted by her since we're literally neighbors in a trailer park#but at least im better#god i really hope we win the lottery i dont wanna live by her anymore
