Find a real estate agent who is a buyer’s agent first.

Having a buyer’s agent is critical.  The sellers agent and seller work exclusively for the seller and against you the buyer.

Purchasing a home is a process including many steps including being pre-approved by a lender a common mistake made by many home buyers is to immediately start shopping for homes before being preapproved for a loan with a lender. By being pre-approved you can assure sellers that you have the resources necessary to purchase their home making sellers more likely to accept your offer.

Then search for your dream home. Once we found the home that’s right for you, I’ll prepare a comparative marketing analysis or CMA to determine if the home is correctly priced. We will also select your closing attorney. Based on this information we will establish a realistic  option price to present to the seller.

This offer will include  price, financing terms, due diligence period, earnest money deposit, closing dates and other important criteria.

Once the agreement is negotiated the next step is to enter into the due diligence period to perform all inspections make  repair request and finalize financing at the same time we verify all details  for closing are complete there are many legal documents and reports required by law to be completed accurately before transferring ownership of a property.
