This bs au came to me in a brain blast after listening to the cuphead song "Roll or die" so take my words lightly but Clooless/Goons casino AU, but it's similar to Buckshot roulette/Liars bar essentially

Its something you sign up for knowing you're willingly putting your life on the line if you lose one of the games

Some of the guys would be the main dealers on certain games (Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat, etc) and some would do extra jobs around the casino, killing etc. Personally I think Droid, Puffer, Soup, Smitty and Mcnasty would be the main dealers
