I don’t know if this applies for every password (I’m still playing around and guessing them) but be sure to try inputting successful words in more than once!! Ex. When entering “Stan” into the computer it redirects to ebay listings for stan-related accessories (each entry, different link) and on the 8th entry an interactive “Wheel Of Shame” page appears

So, as you do, I was on the new version of thisisnotawebsitedotcom.com and I’ve figured out every. Single. Secret. Code. I. Could.

Now with the help of the community, I am expanding this list! Please post passwords in the comments sections or reblog if I have not yet mentioned them! You will, of course, receive credit for your discoveries! Nerds unite! At the very bottom, you will find a full list of citations I used for the passwords. Any password that is un-cited is one I found myself :)

Is there a realativity falls type au where Mabel is the one who builds the portal/falls for bills tricks and dipper is forced to pretend to be her?

Like instead of the other way around, bill preys on Mabel for her unfathomable creative vision, her impulsivity and yearning for an ideal vision of the future? Gets her to build it with her friends, candy helping with the tech(or someone else ? A tech guy idk who in the show fills that role) and grenda with muscle as Mabel understands the structure due to her arts and crafts needing that as a skill?

The two friends are broken in different ways by the portal, with one desperately afraid of tech and becoming a recluse (fiddleford/old man mcguget) and the other desparate to forget (brother eye)

And yet she persist, until her glitter covered journals and scrapbooks spiral into horror beyond even her scope of imagination. She calls dipper, the smartest man she knows. Surely he will fix it?

She falls in.

Nothing but a grappling hook as dipper tries to do the work of three alone. Then, of course, the stand arrive.

I refuse to accept that the laptop password was “STANFORD”, I don’t care that’s it’s canon fuck you Alex. There is no way that Dipper Pines sat there and tried 1000s of passwords for a period of a week and never thought to try the name of the guy on whose property the journal and laptop were found. Which coincidentally happened to be eight letters. I don’t care how unlikely Dipper thought it was that Stan had anything to do the with the author, he had so few clues to what the password could be he would have tried anything with eight letters even remotely connected to the journal and Gravity Falls. Dipper Pines would never have overlooked such an easy guess.

Anyway, headcanon that the laptop password was originally Stanford, but McGucket later changed it, either due to feeling self conscious about making Ford’s name his password or when he and Ford started coming into conflict over the portal and Bill.
