Anyway, this is an older piece that I recently touched up. I redrew Sonic and Tails's heads but kept their bodies the same. Eggman was fine just the way he was so I left him. I added the little animal goobers to emphasize the point that Eggman had "turned good."

Ah man. I got a neat idea for a comic while I was drawing the small animals but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it anytime soon. I'm gonna leave it a surprise so you'll never know what my brain cooked up >:)

So, that trailer for Sonic Prime batch 3 got me in a brainrot again. You might see some sketches from me in the near future, Aaa- I'm super excited! xD

Nonetheless, I wanted to share my thoughts on the last few seconds here as well.

The color is green here, but this isn't Boscage Maze. I think it looks more like Ghost Hill. Maybe a barely functioning one..

If we look closely, it has the same shape as its gateway. Earlier in the trailer we saw the place basically destroyed. What do you all think happened to make it reappear like.. that?

Do you have any idea why Fans forget that Ghost Hill isn’t Green Hill? The Characters pointed out that Ghost Hill is a Shatterspace on multiple occasions.

Well, I think both statements are true.

It is a Shatterspace and not exactly Green Hill. But then again, it sort of is Green Hill (referring to that scene where Nine was assembling the shards and everything was back for a second there). And also, Shadow can enter Ghost Hill like he belongs there but he cannot enter any other Shatterspaces. This proves that Ghost Hill isn't merely another Shatterspace but a remaining part of the real world. The only remaining piece left of Green Hill, which is why the 'characters' in it aren't sentient variants but rather like projections of OG characters on a loop.

Basically, it is a Shatterspace that was a result of the OG world breaking apart and the only remaining piece of it becoming its own world. Like the Yellow shard being the only one remaining attached to the base instead of scattering away.
