its not good. like i really didn't put the effort in and it shows. this pretty much killed my interest in the series if i didn't do the next one. because i still had to do more boringass ones like this one (though luckily this one was the second worst). even the guy who inspired me to do this didn't put effort in his gruz mother. i cant blame him. i did mess around a bit with the brush settings, so thats cool. i guess. even if this is gonna be somehow the most noted one i will not put this one in the poll at the end for redraws, i dont wanna draw her again, you cant make me. the walls look ugly af, gruz mother looks ugly af, actually the rest doesn't look bad, i guess. i guess thats the best i can give to gruz mother. do you see i don't like this. its ugly, but its gruz mother, so who cares.

Finally. After 6 grueling hours of gameplay, I have finally beaten...

Gruz Mother.

lol! I didn't spend 6 hours fighting her, most of that 6 hours I spent exploring a whole bunch and farming Geo. Bought everything from Cornifer's wife and was like, "well, I've got 1500 Geo and nothing else to do with it, if I lose it all to the dark spirit thingy it don't much matter."

And people on YouTube be like, "oh, just walk under her when she does the ziggy-zaggity thing"- dude, what makes you think I didn't try that??? I just walk right into her! Dumb luck and hiding in a corner to heal while she zigzags is the only way I got thru the fight.

My only regret is that I forgot to turn on Bandicam for the fight, cuz I didn't expect to get past her today, either. So I have no video of the fight to celebrate beating that giant flying maggot.

When I first started playing Hollow Knight, I didn’t realize the shade came from ME when I died, and I died so much that I lost track of WHERE I died, so it took a while for me to make the connection. I thought this was some foreshadowing to some kind of boss fight with my shadow self or something hfshlsfdjksdfj
