(iii) Provided that, those candidates who have cleared their secondary as well as higher secondary examination with subject of Gujarati (Higher Level at both stages), shall not be required to pass aforementioned examination. (iv) must be practicing as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and /or Criminal Jurisdiction on the last date fixed forsubmission of Online Application. (v) Must possess Certificate(s), certifying to be possessing Basic Knowledge of Computer Application / Operation, issued by aGovernment Institute or other recognized Institute, as set out bythe Government of Gujarat in General AdministrativeAge Limit for Gujarat High Court Civil Judge :- (i) As on the last date fixed for submission of Online Application, acandidate belonging to General Category must not have crossedthe age of 35 years(ii) candidates belongingto Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes or Socially & EducationallyBackward Classes, declared as such by the Government of Gujarat,as well as Differently Abled Candidates with Loco motor Disability ofnot less than 40%, & Ex ­Servicemen, must not have completed 38 years of age.(iii) The employees working in the Courts or other Allied Departmentsshall be allowed on a uniform basis, relaxation of a maximumperiod of 05 years or to the extent of equal number of years forwhich service has been put in by him/her, whichever is less, in theupper age limit.However, in any case, the Upper Age Limit for such Candidate under any Category shall not exceed 40 years, as on the last date of submitting the ‘Online Application’ Gujarat High Court Civil Judge Form Fees and Mode of Payment :- General Category – 1000 Rs. plus bank charges SC,ST, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Differently Abled Candidates with Loco motor Disability of not less than 40% and Ex Servicemen Categories - 500 Rs.
