so i lost my gym virginity today

so i went to the gym for the first time today and i was so nervous haha

i arrived and changed from my uniform into work out gear then jumped right on the bike.

i cycled for about 20 mins (10 min warm up and 10 mins on a higher level)

then i went to the weights and did my physic exercises for my arm

then i went on the cross trainer and walked/jogged/trained for another 10 mins

so all together i was in the gym for 45 mins

i enjoyed it but i feel like jelly now haha

hopefully i will go again tomorrow!
