Pro tip: if it comes to your mealtime and you find you're not hungry, you should eat something anyway, especially if you're at work. Skipping meals is not an effective way to lose weight, if that's what you're trying to do, and it throws your metabolism off. You won't feel it, but your mind will be less sharp and depending on your job you may be putting people in danger.
