Let's talk about feet! 👣👡 . I never used to pay much attention to my feet. They were the fleshy bits I walked around on, but that was pretty much it. Becoming Diabetic has REALLY changed that!! So, on this Spa Sunday I thought I'd share what I do every day to pamper my toes. 😎 . Every morning I use a dry body oil like You Apricaught Me! on the soles of my feet. It absorbs really quickly and I can be done in just a second. I do this again at night when I take my socks off. Most socks have moisture wicking technology to keep feet cool and dry, which can really do a number on your skin! . On lazy days and weekends I give myself the full spa treatment. I take a warm bath and exfoliate my feet and legs with body scrub or a snarky bar like Fauxpology. When I get out, I pay my feet dry and use a bit of You Apricaught Me and massage into the soles of my feet. Then I REALLY pump up the moisture by adding a second moisturizer like the fabulous new Warm Welcome Big Fat Yummy Hand Creme. The heavier moisturizer pushes the dry oil deeper into the skin for super hydration. .
