Let's talk about feet! 👣👡 . I never used to pay much attention to my feet. They were the fleshy bits I walked around on, but that was pretty much it. Becoming Diabetic has REALLY changed that!! So, on this Spa Sunday I thought I'd share what I do every day to pamper my toes. 😎 . Every morning I use a dry body oil like You Apricaught Me! on the soles of my feet. It absorbs really quickly and I can be done in just a second. I do this again at night when I take my socks off. Most socks have moisture wicking technology to keep feet cool and dry, which can really do a number on your skin! . On lazy days and weekends I give myself the full spa treatment. I take a warm bath and exfoliate my feet and legs with body scrub or a snarky bar like Fauxpology. When I get out, I pay my feet dry and use a bit of You Apricaught Me and massage into the soles of my feet. Then I REALLY pump up the moisture by adding a second moisturizer like the fabulous new Warm Welcome Big Fat Yummy Hand Creme. The heavier moisturizer pushes the dry oil deeper into the skin for super hydration. . 👠 I have some pretty good looking 👣 so I like to make sure to pamper them as much as possible, especially since I'm on my feet A LOT. I could use a little foot care after running after 2 toddlers all day! 👠 This is a all in one foot care set made by @thebbosonglab is a taste of the spa at home. The set comes with a moisture oil stick, a foot file, and a cute pair of soft toeless moisture socks and is really simple to use. just rub the oil stick on your feet, put the socks on, grab a book and relax. 👠 The cute foot shaped foot file eliminates white dead skin on the heel. Each side has a different level of roughness so make sure to use the rougher side first and then move on to the smoother side. 👠 The foot moisture stick uses natural botanica oil that forms a moisture layer, protects your skin, and makes your heels soft! It soaks into your skin and absorbs well and wasn't sticky which was nice. It also smells really nice. 👠 They claim the foot moisture socks are high thermo-keeping and the fibers are more effective then nylon but they feel just like the socks I buy in the winter. They are really soft and fuzzy and I like that they're toeless and allow your feet to breath. 👠 Overall I really like this set and will be using it weekly to keep my feet soft and looking pretty.
