I’d choose steamer over iron any day. It's much more convenient and easier. Plus, I would never have to worry about it accidentally burning my clothes. It’s multipurpose too! I use it to steam my hair time to time since I have very dry and dehydrated hair. Sometimes I even use it to make my hair soak in the oils or other stuff I apply on my hair. I use phillips steamer and I have attached the link to it. It's a bit costly but very much handy.

2. Lint remover

I love , love, love lint remover. Not only can you improve the look of your clothes (especially in winters) , but it’s literally the best to remove dust too! I always use it on my pillows and rajais. It’s so handy and small. Travel friendly too. Plus, cheap bhi. Aur kya chahiyein?

3. Tongue Cleaner

Trust me, once you start using a tongue cleaner you would never go back to just using your brush. Also, buy a tongue cleaner or don't, start oil pulling before brushing. Your teeth will thank you!

4.Teeth whitening

I get my teeth whitened every three months (could be once a month) and it has made a huge difference. Makes you feel put together and more confident about your smile.

5.Blood Testing

Getting tested isn't fun, I know. But it's worth it and can really help you enhance your beauty. Most of the time we face hormonal issues and other serious issues and then we get blood test done and we find out the real issue was that we were deficient of many vitamins and all. Blood test is much needed. I would never, ever recommend directly taking any sort of vitamins before getting your blood tested. Most of the supplements you are taking aren’t even needed.

Wrinkle-Released Prayer

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.1

One of my least favorite household chores is ironing. When I was a newlywed, I enjoyed ironing my husband's shirts and leaving them looking crisp and neat. But, over the years it became tiresome and I found myself struggling through the task. One day, we discovered a handheld clothes steamer. I found ironing to be enjoyable again because the steamer made the task so simple! Although steaming my clothes is still my preferred method of ironing, the task is sometimes time-consuming and most of the time I'd rather choose an item of clothing that doesn't need attention. Recently, my sister introduced me to a wrinkle-release spray — my new best friend! It's great for most types of fabrics and all you have to do is spray the garment, give it a little shake and you're good to go. Ironing has never been so easy!

We may find ourselves looking at our prayer life the same way. When we first came to Christ, we found praying to be enjoyable because we had so much to say to God. Our "newlywed" status made us look forward to those moments with the Savior and we found ourselves with more words than time. Our prayers were smooth and crisp every day. With time, we may have found that our prayer time has become shorter and we now find ourselves with more time than words. When we do make time to talk to the Father, our prayers sound jumbled and confusing; sometimes at a loss for words. We may want to pray for someone's problems and are unsure what to ask for regarding their needs. Other times we may ask for the wrong things because we don't know that God already has a plan in store for us. This is when the Holy Spirit comes to our rescue, because like the handy steamer and sprays, sometimes the Holy Spirit has to step in and release the wrinkles from our prayers and straighten them out before they reach the Father. God desires for us to spend time with Him in prayer, so don't neglect that time because you're rushing. God deserves the very best, don't look for easy solutions to prayer. Give Him your time, your effort, and come to Him with your whole heart. Allow the Holy Spirit to spray your words with wisdom, give your prayers a little shake and pass them on, neatly and smoothly, straight to the Father's heart!

Suggested Prayer: Heavenly Father, you are worthy of so much more than I have to offer you, so I give you my heart. I ask that the Holy Spirit dwell there and guide my prayers to be a sweet-smelling odor for you. In Jesus' name. Amen.

I'm someone who gets anxious about accidentally damaging fabric all the time so here are some tips I've picked up from experience:

Do some research on the type of fabric you’re working with if you’re not sure how it’s going to behave.

Think ahead, plan out exactly what you're going to do and how, and make notes.

If possible, watch/read a tutorial on how to make your cosplay (or similar garment) from scratch.

Have a back-up plan if possible.

Take pictures and photoshop them before starting anything physical. I did this with my Skye shirt, drawing the grey digitally before picking up the fabric pen, and it really helped!

Use proper fabric chalk to mark seams etc.

Use a seam ripper or small, precise scissors to cut any existing stitches. It's tempting to pull on seams to try to break the threads. Don't do it. Trust me.

Safety pins aren't as accurate as stitches, but they're good for getting a general idea of the shape, hang, and fit of a garment while being able to adjust it easily. I say safety pins specifically so you don't risk scratching yourself while taking your cosplay on and off >.>

Start off by sewing long, loose stitches by hand before using a machine. Tacking is much easier to undo and alter than machine stitches, and it's much kinder to the fabric.

If you don't have a dress form, set up your phone and video yourself doing a 360 turn and a few different poses in your cosplay so you can see how it looks from all angles (I recommend doing this even if you have a dress form tbh).

When it's time to start snipping, do a little bit at a time. Keep trying on your cosplay as you go.

Have a bottle of fray stop handy, just in case.

If your alterations require removing the fabric care label, take a picture of it for future reference.

Get a clothes steamer if you're working with delicate polyester, they're generally safer and more effective than an iron.

If you've got the time, sleep on things. Take regular breaks and do something else for a bit. I find this really helps my headspace and I often think of better methods or recognise problems in the downtime.
