I can bookmark things!#also I read through all the terms of service and the concept of fannish next of kin is so entertaining to me I honestly can’t believe#I haven’t heard it discussed about ao3 before#modern au where someone writes fanfiction and puts down the other as their fannish next of kin#fanfic writer then falls into a coma or something and next of kin updates their fics periodically to let their fans know that they’re still#hanging in there but are still comatose and next of kin having no outlet to discuss their despair and sadness at their person being in a#coma starts to add little stories about the fanfic author in the notes with updates and by the time fanfic author wakes up from their coma#next of kin realizes they’re in love with the author which is convenient because they confess to the author and the author is like all those#sappy stories I wrote? those were about you I’m in love with you#and they live happily ever after who would like to write that for me lol#ooh now that I have an ao3 account if you write it for me I can bookmark it lol#ao3
