Kinda unrelated to the big plot of the mutant discrimination, but in the crowd we see a wild Steel Bulwark...a mutant who Aizawa yeeted back in Season 1 XD! With him and Hanzo Suiden (Water-guy from USJ) making cameo returns, it just make me wonder about their reaction to seeing their old boss again and signing back up with him? We'll never see it, but I'd imagine it'd be a shock to see your former leader not only break you out of prison, but also go from a multi-hand wearing psycho to...pretty much a demigod serving another physical God XD. The whiplash those thugs must be feeling must be immense. Probs thinking they made the 'correct' choice in the end XD

Oh yeah. Always fun to see some Proto-League members showing up again.

And yeah, it's interesting to ponder the thoughts going on in these Proto-league members; especially since Steel Bulwark's cameo is actually being concerned for Spinner when Shoji hits him with Octo Blow. Combined with the only recruitment shown being the handful of Tartarus inmates AFO pulled, and the ~15,000 people Spinner's movement; and evidence points to them actually being here for Spinner like everyone else in the mob, rather than just returning for Shigaraki.

Side note, we also saw those 2 guys dressed as Spinner that Deku encountered fighting Rock Lock

Because my responses are as long as I feel they need to be. If something needs fleshing out, I will write more, but some things just don't need me for say that much.

Thoughts on the recently-named USJ villains (Victor, Thousand Eyes, Tesla, Stitched Giant, Steel Bulwark, Sickle Claw, Sharkyonara, Oxy-Man, Needle Hair, Muscle Man, Minotaurus, Martial Hair, Invisible Wall, Hard Head, Hanzo Suiden, Gravitational Spring, Four-Armed Zealot, Chomper)? They were officially named in Strongest Hero, but tbh, I only remember 6 of them at USJ.

What is there to say? They basically just slapped name tags onto a bunch of nobodies. All I know is that I will never do Quirk Marriages on them.

Another Proto-League ask!~ Say, know how Hanzo got warped to Okuto stadium and his Quirk allows him to make water hands, yeah? Imagine if we cut back to that area only to see a USJ thug slapping Gang Orca or Selkie with water hands XD

Oh yeah, I made a post about that when the chapter dropped (though I didn't know he had a name at the time).

And I still find it mighty ironic that, while the heroes plan of pulling a 'USJ-Kurogiri-Shuffle' has otherwise been executed (annoyingly) perfectly, it seems they're making the same mistake Kurogiri did with anyone not important enough to know the name of. That being, not caring where they're sent. The high-profile targets and each of their army of heroes hand-picked to beat them all got intentional locations; but the no-name villains got dumped with whoever they were closest too.

I'd kind of love it if that came back to bite them; like Hanzo's acting like a total beast against the heroes, or maybe saving Toga at some critical moment. And then we could have Tsuyu take notice of this mistake, since she was the one who Midoriya pointed out this flaw in the villains' plan to way back in chapter 15. That'd be a fun callback.

Well, it’s good to know at least a few of you guys from back then were picked up since. It inflates the villains numbers to where they might almost match the heroes.

(Not that that mattered for the PLF raid where the vastly outnumbered the heroes and still lost, have I mentioned yet how the odds are way to in the heroes favour for this fight?)

Anyway, great to see you again. And might I say that after you lost last time for not knowing the quirks of the ones who were sent your way to the water area, it is mighty ironic (and uncharacteristically incompetent of the heroes) that you got sent to the water area Mr. Evil Water Bender sir.
