Spent some major time outside yesterday. Enjoyed the sun while it lasted and the fresh air. It was so much appreciated. I planned out there while the boys kept busy. I hope to get out there again today but I dont know if the weather will cooperate. My IG was broken and wouldn't let me post for days. I finally said enough and reinstalled it. Seemed to do the trick. I missed everyone! Haven't been as productive and creative as I would like but I'm giving myself grace and forgiveness as this is a hard time for all of us. Been focusing on the boys and my health, mental health and over all wellbeing during all this. I think...I think it's done for now. Not my original vision but once I put my happy planners in the tote I think it'll be ok. They better fit vertically! Horizontal is kinda boring lol. I didn't want to overload it because then it'd be a PITA to get stuff out, and would look horrible and messy.  As someone who has suffered from migraines for over 20 years, I know how debilitating and difficult they can be.   I'm also aware of how variable they can be even from hour to hour.    I also know that when you go to see a doctor about your migraines, they often want to know more information and sometimes it's very difficult to remember all the details.   (White coat syndrome, brain fog or just too many things to remember when you go to the doctor's office) This is where printable pages come in and keeping a hard copy journal to give the doctor to tell him or her what is going on with your body. So this planner was designed with this in mind - it tracks date and times of migraines, possible triggers, headache locations and other triggers.    It's set as a digital file that you can put in any planner or binder to keep all of your information in one place.
