That’s what going to set you apart from the rest this year, making a routine that’s beneficial and aligned to the lifestyle and goals you want to accomplish. Having the discipline to execute your routine everyday is going to put you in a better position in life.
The “taking it day by day and seeing where it takes you”mindset is OVER, pray it out, plan it out, stick to it, and watch it grow ✨
I’m just a humble heller coming to you on Destiel Day (if Blaze approves this in time, that is) with a tiny favor to ask.
Can you please check out my planners? Look, you don’t have to even buy them. I get that the ‘print at home’ model might be a pain in the ass. I get that I’m bad at marketing. I have exactly zero sales to prove it!
But views might get me to sales, right?
Several years ago now I was working my ass off, working two jobs and going to school full time, and it was a lot - a lot - to juggle. And I kept spending money I didn’t have on planners that didn’t work, thinking “This will be the one that helps me track everything!” (Spoiler: It wasn’t. None of them were.)
I wanted something to keep track of my schedule, but also online assignments that didn’t have a set time to them (so a standard appointment book wouldn’t work). I wanted something to keep track of friends’ birthdays, because I suck at that, and wanted to be a better friend. I wanted to set goals, and be able to schedule social events on the weekends, and see all of that visually rather than as phone reminders I end up ignoring.
So, I made a prototype version of this planner, and I’ve been improving on it ever since. I graduated with honors, got married, and shared in the shrimp emotions with you all three years ago.
I can’t say the planner did all of that (it certainly didn’t make Dean say “I love you” back) but it helped me, and I would love for it to help other people too.
[Image ID: Someone opens up a pink/pastel journal to create a two-page aesthetic bullet journal spread. The style is very dainty and cute, somewhat academic with pinks, blues, and tans. Stamps, doll stickers, washi tape with a stained glass design, bows, flowers, and castles are among some of the items featured on the sides of the journal. A page between two other pages is cut in half creating what they call a "dutch door" effect for a weekly spread where they then write the days of the week in the center of all the decorations. End ID.]
finally, first weeks filled out! i am happy to report im (mostly) recovered from my first real bout with covid. yuck — i definitely hope i never get it again!
so far im loving this setup for my weeks. it’s quite functional, tho i didn’t really get to fully test it out this first week since i was basically asleep for half the week. looking forward to fleshing the system out over the next couple weeks ☺️
recently, i made a post about looking for hobonichi / journaling / commonplace youtube recommendations, and i didn't get much variety. in response, i decided that i would make my own list and just put it out there. these are all youtubers that i enjoy consuming content from or journaling with. i added an extra little section for "mainly vibes" because while they have some journaling content, it's rarely ever the focus.
all the recommendations are under the "keep reading" so i can update whenever i find someone new that i enjoy
* = new additions!

Alright looking for suggestions. I usually use a Passion Planner but they won't do the spiral bound anymore. Looking for suggestions for a spiral bound planner. Preferably small like 5.5" x 8.5" (half the size of letter paper). Must have a monday start and a month section as well.
If you don't have a suggestion, could you reblog this in case your followers do have a suggestion. Time somewhat sensitive cause 2024 is coming at me fast.
