it seems that so much has happened while i was gone,, all of these picrews (which i absolutely adore!) and quinn getting into my account?? ahhhhh oh gosh,, that's a lot!! i'm gonna have to scold her! i can't believe she would submit such candid pics of me and other stuff,, quite embarrassing! but i wasn't expecting such a positive response to me and my one cat,,, who knew that all you anons find me sleeping cute??? it's confusing to me, but i find it quite funny hehe 😖❤ (5/?)

luckily i was able to be a little more productive lately, even if i have been exausted!! i've been cooking, cleaning, modeling, sewing, dancing, and editing videos for people,, so much work! i do think it's worth it though, it helps distract me from the bad things in life, and other people end up happy,, i'd consider it a win-win for me!!! my dad also taught me how to fix up an angelo azzuro,, which is a cocktail i didn't learn yet! it took two days of hard work and practice, but according to him, i "nailed it right on the head" my papa is always my go-to for mixology, he taught me most of what i know, and he's always the first person to try my drinks! apparently it's a very interesting concept to my other friends, since they have so limited access to spirits,, it does make sense though! we italians just don't care about drinking ages hehehe, as long as we're responsible and cautious with age, it adds to our lifespan ;) during that short break, i suppose my narcolepsy flared up a lot since i was falling asleep left and right! it was awful having to constantly wake up with either a migraine, extra tiredness, or even a bruise or two,, thankfully though i had my family to watch over me,, at least i was finally able to make up for lost sleep hehe 💫 (8/?)

i also got to play a lot of minecraft hehe,, my friend and i actually spent a full day doing a speedrun world, and we killed the ender dragon and wither within only 2 1/2 hours!! it was crazy,, i guess me and him just make a dynamic duo (but i dare to say,, not quite as dynamic as you and me 😉) speaking of minecraft, over the weekend i decided that i'm going to start streaming on twitch soon as a hobby!! i'm very excited for this, it's something i've wanted to do for a very long time now (9/?)

all of my friends and my siblings are very supportive of it, which i'm super glad about!! i've always found little bits of joy in my favorite streamers, so why not give back to that community? an artist friend of mine even drew me a pfp as a gift, it's so cute! all i have to do is figure out a balance between school, personal life, and streaming, then i'll be set,, i'm always happy to get a new hobby 😊✨ (10/?)

realtalk anything that’s a big project is always gonna be pushed aside for pef lkghlskdlkgh ive been on and off working on a olberhardt postgame thing since i beat olberic’s chs in octopath that i basically go back to and write a paragraph of every time i finish a pef chapter so that will. ideally be out somewhat soon WWWWW 

thats the one thats most likely to get Published but beyond that ive been tossing around concepts for a fe3h au where (black eagles spoilers) edelgard dies during the childhood experiments and ferdinand is picked to be the replacement heir after some political manuevering from his dad. eventual ferdibert but Very slow burn in the “they start out deadass hating each other” way u kno. i dont really kno where to take it tho i gotta wait for alm to finish black eagles so i can bounce ideas off them

O: How do you begin a story–with the plot, or the characters?

HMMMMMM........... this is a tricky one bc basically almost all my story ideas are “hey how would chara a react in a situation like this” or “what kind of situation could i do to make chara a act this way” u kno. like. pulling out the obvious example pef was “ok but an ng+ where goro is the one who goes back” > “ok but his character means hed try to speedrun it” > “ok so how do we keep him from doing that thats still ic” u kno? so pef is basically character driven the whole way thru

but for emperor ferdie au (black eagles spoilers) my thought was “hmmm is there any way to avoid a war in this game while still keeping the same backstory + history?” and realizing that. the only way el would give up on her ambitions is if she’s dead. and then it was like going from there how all the other characters react to that nad that kinda stuff

so i guesssssss it’s like. ill have a concept but the way that it moves forward is based entirely on how i htink the characters and stuff would act u kno!!!

R: Are there any writers (fanfic or otherwise) you consider an influence?

haha let’s start with non-fic authors bc i talked abt fic writers a lot recently. honestly my biggest influence is probably alice hoffman!!! i really deeply adore the atmosphere in all her works; i’ve probably reread practical magic like a thousand times......... its so good. one of the things i like is how thematically well all her stuff ties in together too like. practical magic is all abt love and everything abt it is abt love and family and i just!!! its so good

hmmmm beyond that....... lemony snicket/david handler really influences my desire to make character voice present in stories wwwww same with john dies at the ends’ author whose name is escaping me. JOEY COMEAU IS A BIG ONE (asw author) his books are always soooo well done. i think abt one bloody thing after another All the time please read th...... i havent read her since early high school but francesca lia block was a big influence in terms of metaphor (im sorry).... and akira-sensei’s writing w/enst is genuinely one of the biggest influences i have re:timeline stuff and foreshadowing and slow reveals........ ill never forget how i predicted most of lionheart before it dropped wwww their style is good

in terms of non-prose authors.... clamp for storylines + thematic stuff, the way they play w/consitent themes across not only a single story but entire works is good. satoshi kon is smth i think abt a lto when i try to think of an interesting approach to take w/starting a scene if that makes sense....... thinking abt my “”camera”” for that stuff........ zero escape fuels my desire for characters to start talking abt stuff that seems totally unrelated to the situation at hand but later on u realize its Desperately Connected thats a lot of fun wwwwww

ficwise i think i mentioned before i really consider decolark’s dialogue hugely inspirational....... luv how they can convey so much in so little u kno. pengiesama is someone ive followed for Years at this point and her sense of humor in fic is really really good it’s smth i want to be able to do wwwww ladysisyphus for story hooks + general engagement levels............

writing is good. theres a lot of good stuff out there.
