This was actually very fun to do! It’s heavily based off of my childhood Christmases: back then, me and my sister took turns on placing the star at the top of the tree once we finished decorating it each year. Said star was very top heavy so it always ended up wobbling on the side, which was very infuriating for me as a child. But now, I kind of see it as a part of our tradition: imperfect.

i’m not very good at drawing ducks so here’s what i think the different characters would do on HDL bday ((which is today 4/15))

Webby :: goes ALL OUT she loves her family

May & June :: didn’t know what a birthday was til Webby explained it and they joined her on going all out bc it seemed fun for a party

Della :: tried to make a cake again but had to get help from Beakley

Donald :: would also go all out helping Webby he loves his nephews and i’m sure on their birthday in the boathouse he would make them breakfast so he’d do the same now

Scrooge :: i feel like he would smother them and help w the party maybe even pay for all of it

Lena, Violet, Gosalyn, BOYD :: would show up to their birthday party bc they’re friends :3

Sooo some time ago I made my AMJ (and Minima) versions in Quakpack and how I imagine their personalities. I like they being different from the other triplets, I think the idea of ​​them being rivals and friends at the same time is cute.

So April, she is the older sister who is also the "leader" of the group. She's very Goody two-shoes, those girls who seek academic approval. You must be thinking "so she's a nerd like Dewey?" No, because Dewey is a different kind of nerd, he's the nerd who uses his smarts for "evil", he's the nerd who breaks the rules and plays pranks. My April isn't like that, that's why she's the "Goody two-shoes" sister. Her main hobby is reading, she loves reading, especially period romances, like Pride and Prejudice, but she hides the fact that she likes these types of books out of embarrassment. I imagine her relationship with Huey is like, at first they hate each other/are rivals, like she finds him so annoying and arrogant and he finds her annoying and a party pooper, but as time goes by and they play lots of pranks and teasing, they become friends, even if they don't admit it. (She's my favorite, by the way).

May, the cool sister. I think May is that girl who has literally every hobby in the world, everyone wonders how the hell she does so many things, she plays any sport, but another thing about her is that she loves fashion (who said preppy girls can't play sports?). She's a force of nature and extremely competitive. (imagine a mix between Rarity and Rainbow Dash)

June, the artistic sister, like Louie, is the younger sister, kind and naive. But she is an artist and is always drawing, especially in class. April and May are very protective of their sister, because she is very absent-minded, always in her own world and has a lot of difficulty concentrating on anything that is not of interest to her. I think she and Louie would have the cutest friendship.

Minima De Spell (pretend I have a drawing of her there), she's just the cool goth girl, like, imagine the 80s/90s goth vibe, the girl will listen to The Cure (or The Duck, I don't know) and everything. I think she would be a bestie for the girls, but an enemy for the duck boys.
