I joke about finding characters hot a lot as an asexual but obviously I'm not truly attracted them (like I've called wildstorm hot before but really I just think he's cool) it's so weird how people only seem to be interested in certain characters because they find them attractive lol, it just seems shallow to me. "Ugly" characters are so fun

most harrowing experience as a pokemon fan was when i realised people don't like my fav champion (diantha) cause she's not attractive

rubs my hands together (i ain't posting the uncrushed versions in this climate, so just put up w/ that. also this is going left to right)

these are the magic landers first is nebula (she/they. 24), she's a dilophosaurus but the jurassic park kind that spits poison, but instead they fire a weird misty gas thing. she's an amputee and holds her weapon in her mouth, oh also ex bounty hunter second is sock-puppet (she/it), imagine if you were something amorphous made of magical energy and loved cosplaying and being epic, you'd put a dragon mask on wouldn't you. it punches enemies btw third is éclairvoyant (she/her. 18. name came up w/ by @/bacap07), she's a starter pack lander who's concept sheet you can find in my art tag already :) she's pretty quiet n nice tho. she's friends w/ drift and ratchet fourth is rune (he/him. 53), hog dragon hybrid!!! respected knight and very chill guy. he's very much built like a dad and he'll crack a very cringe joke every now and then, i'd be friends with him

tech landers first is ratchet (they/them. 16), another starter pack skylander but this one's a little more rambunctious. they tend to grin a lot and despite the very chuckable small size, they've got a reaaaal big mouth second is circuit (any. 22), a rock star turned skylander who's got such a big ego it has to be played up. the spikes on their jacket act as electrical pylons, but also being a silkie chicken they can't see too well and tend to trip often or walk into walls third is librarrior (it/they), it's nebula's friend and is fascinated with books. they were initially designed to learn language and stuff from books, but then it got shut off, and then turned back on, and also never learned how fourth is spinner (they/it), an arkeyan designed to study plantlife and act as a medic for the arkeyans but when the arkeyan king was defeated it was left to be turned off forever. And then ace happened

life landers aka some of my favs design wise first is ace (they/them. 19), an archer prodigy at a young age who's protected their home vigorously and is, crap at social interaction. just tends to stare at people n all, probably why they're fine with spinner who they found second is lotus (he/him. 22), he's a poison dart frog with no poison whoopsiee he's big into western type stuff and has a cool lily pistol. he views nebula as a rival due to them wearing similar hats but she doesn't care third is algae (they/them. 15), what if u were a kelpie, a species known to be associated with Da Undead, but u were alive. that's algae, they're just a whole kelp horse but they're really excited abt everything regardless fourth is sunbeam (he/they. indeterminate age but older. also named by @/bacap07), his concept sheet can also be found on my blog, anyway he's way taller than the other cores cause he was designed as a giant and it's awkward, they're pretty awkward and also can shoot a laser beam out of their face

undead landers i love you undead element first is curse (she/her), she's a witch n can seem reaaaal scary at first but she's super friendly and has a collection of spiders, think like a cat rescuer. her magic is to be respected despite her somewhat goofy disposition at times second is charcoal (they/any. kid adjacent), da elusive phantom and phantoms are no joke ofc they can eat people, but charcoal's very excitable and playful. they're named charcoal cause inside their head is a charcoal flame, oh and they can't fly third is deadwood (she/it), she's one of them undead ents you don't usually see and is very apathetic and/or irritable at all times. it doesn't enjoy being around others with the exception of maaaybe curse fourth is bloomer (he/they. 19), kinda an outlier for being a Very Alive hummingbird amongst the undead but he's a plant researcher who can survive being in the underworld so. oh and he can make thorns rise from the ground

air landers rip i inverted the quads to bipeds first is bolt (any. 21), they're a storm eel and the cloud fins that also act as teeth store electricity which can be used at any point. they're pretty friendly tho and enjoy meeting others second is cirrus (they/them. 17), they're extremely dedicated to their arts and can overcompensate with skills as a result, they also have a bit of a complex due to their age and they feel insecure abt it for always trying to be cool while being Seventeen third is spearhead (she/he/they. 21), an eagle owl who has a spear and can manipulate it with ease, they learned their skills from an old warrior and went out of her way to search out the skylanders to join fourth is bird watcher (he/him. 24), he watches many birds and some live on his horns, the people from where he came from typically took up sewing but he went for something a little more unorthodox. he's nice tho

earth landers also known as Old people and. kid first is moss (they/it. 16), imagine being an unusual hybrid between a gargoyle and a seal, so you can't fly n watch over but you also can't swim. didn't stop moss from trying to learn both, they're very loud and overly social at times, but that's not bad? second is gnobert (he/him. older), you just got gnomed. he's a glass maker and uses his giant frickin stick to burn enemies, he wears a hawaiian shirt, he's bald, he's very short and idk what else to add. he's probably scottish too third is icebreaker (they/them. 27), a mammoth who's partially ice because i thought that was cool there's no lore reason. they did come from a lineage of mammoth leaders though and are Stern fourth is quicksand (he/him. 31), robber fly but he's super chill not like the real life ones, he's a dirt sailor and he uses a mud crossbow as his weapon, he also is one of the smallest skylanders

fire landers i really like them first is singe (she/her. 19), she seems very imposing due to her eyebrow but she's not malicious- though she can be a bit smug. dragons like her are pretty rare and she's def a bit bigger than usual, she's got strong fire though second is flanado (it/it's. 31), it's serene and graceful but can also be playful when it wants. its core is at the very bottom so its way of moving is kinda jank, but it can fly! it also has a birthdate, 1/5/1980 third is scorcher (he/him. 19), i would name him scorch but i already have a character named scorch, anyway he's a rat who's on fire, he uses a giant match to smack people and he's very weird fourth is flare (bleh idgac. adult of some age), have you caught onto the name joke yet. anyway flare's a pretty big quadrupedal Beast and often makes very peanut gallery type of comments, the sun spikes can turn into actual fire

water landers are last first is clang (she/her. 14), she's the youngest skylander and is also an anomalocaris who hits people with a big hammer. she's always got these massive dilated eyes and would probably be your friend second is drift (she/they. 20), worked as a life guard with aquakinesis and her floatie but then became a starter pack skylander. they're very quiet and have a bad habit of staring with those big eyes, also manta ray moment third is frost (he/him), he's a trog who got stuck in someone's fridge for too long and became very cold as a result. he doesn't talk much, and unlike the typical trog wanderer which has shorts that're comfy and easy to wear but no shirt, he's got no shorts but a jacket fourth is cyclone (she/it. old), no. 1 best mom voted years straight, she has many babies and when needed she can call them to form various formations, working in sync. it can't swim on the surface ofc so it just kinda shrimps around

Bottom-Tier major villains of various video game franchises

Super Mario: In terms of platformers, Wart. In terms of RPGs, King Olly. In the series as a whole, one of the villains from the sports spin-offs for the Switch. Donkey Kong: Ghastly King. Tiki Tong and Lord Fredrik might just be recycled ideas, but at least they have story presence. Ghastly King comes from a game with no plot or build-up. Legend of Zelda: Onox from Oracle of Seasons. Doesn't get much screentime as his contemporary Veran. And at the end of the day, he's just a hired gun for Twinrova. Metroid: MB from Other M. Either that or Master Brain from Federation Force. Kirby: Dark Nebula from Squeak Squad. Which is even more embarrassing when it possessing Daroach was a harder fight than its true form. Star Fox: Anglar Emperor from Command. General Scales at least had story and presentation down, but no actual boss fight because Rare was rushed to finish the game. Pokémon: Rocket Executive Archer from the Johto games in terms of mainline RPGs. He's only met at the very end of the Team Rocket subplot. As for the multiple spin-off titles, who knows? Fire Emblem: Garon from Fates because I keep hearing those two games were rushed. Njörðr from Heroes could contest him since he remains unfought in his Book. Kid Icarus: Orcos from Of Myths and Monsters. By virtue of not appearing in Uprising to get fleshed out. Wario: Golden Diva from Land 4, since she's never encountered outside of her boss fight. Demon Head from Virtual Boy at least is forced to guide Wario in an amusing hard mode ending. Street Fighter: Holy heck, did Street Fighter V's awful story did Necalli dirty. M. Bison and F.A.N.G insisted on controlling the plot. Crash Bandicoot: The Viscount from Boom Bang. Willie Wumpacheeks from Tag Team Racing at least had an argument if the narrative meant anything. Spyro the Dragon: If it's just the Classic series, Gnasty Gnorc in the original game. If the Skylanders games are included, probably Hektore from the first 3DS game. Jak & Daxter: Gol and Maia Acheron from The Precursor Legacy. Sonic the Hedgehog: Witchcart or Great Battle Kukku XV, both are Classic-era villains of the Tails spin-offs. As for Dreamcast or Modern-eras, who knows?
