I was thinking to myself about Spark AU, and then Arc Two of Super Sticks, and just general stuff I hyperfixate on as of recently. Just a normal daydreaming session, ya know?

And this line for Victim pops up in my head.

This isn't a spoiler for anything, mind you, just a random line I thought of and equated with Vic, except well...

Vic's got more a professional mannerism of speaking, right? Well dressed guy, suit and tie, CEO of a tech corporation...

And this sounds like some midwestern sheriff thingie.

So of course, I think "Oh, no that's not right. It would only really work if I made some sort of Cowboy AU for AvA, that Victim would ever say something like that." and then I dismissed the thought.

Or so I believed.

Because then of COURSE my brain goes, "Oh, alrighty then-"

and now I'm worldbuilding for an AvA Wild West Cowboy AU-

it seems like in the first movie to possibly the second movie they kinda had this idk unspoken tension between them? like in the first movie Potato Head acted bitter and spiteful around Woody and in the second movie they calmed down but like you could tell that they’re not besties.

but like they still care about each other as shown in their actions and dialogue when they’re not around each other (lmao imagine suppressing your emotions)

and this is prob unintentional plus the 4th movie doesn’t count anyway but I feel like these two scenes mirror each other idk? PLEASE PLEASE SEE MY VISION I’M NOT CRAZY 🙏😭

but I did have a headcanon I never really talked about tho. it’s similar to the one thats already a thing but yk uhh (originally mine was different and then I realized it didn’t make sense after watching the movie again so yeah)

yes potato head was originally Andy’s favorite toy. however. Andy had woody longer

basically woody was Andy’s first toy but he got potato head when he was like 2 or 3

when Andy was in kindergarten (based on what potato head said in the movie) he started developing interests (cowboys n shit) and eventually woody ended up being his favorite

potato head was jealous that woody was Andy’s favorite but he also believed that woody started to become privileged and grew more bitter because woody would preach things that he himself wouldn’t have to worry about

so basically potato head saw woody as a hypocrite

potato head gave woody a hard time when buzz was around bc he’s finally getting a taste of his own medicine + it’s funny asf

however when woody didnt change and eventually knocked buzz out the window potato head resented woody even more because of his already pre-negative bias towards him AND woody proving himself to be shitty over and over again (not on purpose obviously)

anyway after realizing that woody was telling the truth potato head felt guilty partially because he literally was an asshole because he personally didn’t like woody AND that his assumptions were all wrong and blah blah blah regret blah blah blah and whatever

but yeah I think I like the dynamic between the two and I wanted to talk about it haha
