i first heard about The Queen dying on twitter, and it was an article from The Onion so i thought it was a joke for probably about an hour
#listen i didn’t think the onion did anything serious#so i feel like my idiocy was justified#or maybe i’m just dumb#i live in the us by the way so i don’t really know what’s going on in england most of the time#i only figured out it was true so quickly because my mom started talking about it#like i just went on twitter because i was bored in my math class and it was like#hey the queens dead and i just was like ha ha funny joke onion#and then from my mom and the actual news and i was like#maybe england is just having a week#like i never even considered her dying a possibility#and then boom#no more queen
