i honestly don't know what to say about him. i love him like he's my family or smth so i just wanna be (affectionately) mean lol. i can say that he would NOT like me bc i am very vocal about my hatred of history

here's a random fact to do with him: on steam, someone's made a very helpful guide to getting all the endings, and they called one of hikaru's bad endings "the sobs of a broken man" and i quote that in my head on a daily basis. whenever someone's crying in a book or show i'm like "ah yes, the sobs of a broken man" it's taken over my brain for years atp

I just threw in the transparents because I don’t have the free time right now. Threw this together in less than an hour😅. I’m also kinda thinking of giving him different attire being king after all. But basically it’s for an Apocalypse au idea I’ve had for awhile titled Infernal Apocalypse wherein Nanashi is still revived by Dagda but in a timeline where Flynn isn’t neutral.

In this timeline instead of gaining a liberator they instead gained a tyrannical king who would go on to be the most controversial man in history.

Interviews with the Guys - Hikaru Kazama

So turns out the original blog did Hikki's interview first... whoops! Well, last is better than never, so last but not least, time to interview Hikaru, a history and fighting teacher!

1. Why did you decide to teach history?

Well, actually, the staff here asked me to teach history because I’m pretty good with it. I’ve spent a lot of time catching up on what I’ve missed and learning all about the centuries before me. Back in my day, we didn’t have books to tell us all this stuff so it’s quite fascinating. Besides, laughs, I lived through some of it.

2. Do you have a favourite student? Can you tell us who?

Oh, that’s not a very nice question. Well, I guess if you can keep it off record, there is a certain girl who just joined- ah, no, I can’t say that! All of my students are a joy to be around.

3. What are some of your hobbies?

I really love learning about history and doing things like going out to the movies and all the wonders modern technology has to offer. But sometimes I yearn for the quiet, simpler things and that’s really the only time I feel at peace.

SMT IV Chaos Route basically

So, yesterday I finally had enough free time to play Hikaru's route. So I did. Start to finish, all the way to the end of the epilogue.

I got the passionate ending (woot!) which means I'll need to replay and try for the dark ending.

I really enjoyed @aitheon's Seina appearance. Way cute! <3

Also, Galinn, what the fuck? I mean... yeah, okay. Makes sense. But still.

I really loved the closure with Shizuka that we get.

Also, my ranking has only shifted a little bit.

My favorite is still Tatsuya. <3 I love my ice dragon.

But Hikaru is now tied for second with Shinji. So that's a thing.

All in all, great job, ladies! I'm so proud of you! And I can't wait for Echoes, and all the other great stuff you're making for us! ^_^

I feel desperate... Any Mystic Destinies fans out there able to find the second bad end for Hikaru: Book Two? I got one... But no matter which combination I try I can’t seem to get the second one. I just keep getting the other endings. My friend can’t get it either so it’s two of us stuck. If anyone can give me even a little hint...? Please?
