A cup of tea while hula hooping? Day 4 of #myhooping #hoopchallenge with @trixieturvy and @hoopologie What am I good at? Finding time to train, even when you want a cup of tea and a cake. I am quite self motivated and have little training plans for each session. I have so much fun footage from today. I will have to make a longer video. You should see what happened to that nice, beautiful, fresh piece of cake I was trying to eat while hooping 😣! I'm taking a break, and with turning 29 next month and currently enjoying my Saturn return, it's time for me to go inward (self love, taking classes, greater certifications) and lighten up on the outward (community offerings, #gHwc events). Wooohhoooo day 14 of #myhooping #hoopchallenge with @trixieturvy and @hoopologie I was supervising aerial training today, but managed to work on some twin hoop stuff with the amazing aerialists training behind me. The last trick is coming along slooooow..its hard! Today's question is about social media and I totally love it. I try to put a lot of thought into what I post as I want it to be either entertaining or informative or both, with a few selfies here and there. I get excited about new post ideas and love it when people respond positively. Also I learn so much through the use of social media. I've picked up many helpful tutorials, techniques and tricks not just in hooping but in trapeze and generally fixing stuff. Day 15 of the #myhooping challenge from @hoopologie and @trixieturvy. Over the last two weeks I have relearned how much I love to #hoop and try new tricks. Sometimes I get stuck in the same pattern with my flow and forget that oh ya I can do that really cool trick. So I will continue to use all the #tricks that I have learned in #workshops otherwise why bother going. Bonus question: I am interested in being a @hoopologie influenster because I like to represent local businesses and I know that they have quality hoops that will last even through all my traveling. With hoopologie I can take my hoops any where I go from the local park to the middle of the ocean on a cruise to the top of mount everest. Happy spinning juggling discovery with @lee_tinnion at the @up_side_down_circus and some cheesy music to go with it. Day 10 of #myhooping #hoopchallenge with @trixieturvy and @hoopologie What is my hooping style? I think I am much more drawn to circus style hooping. I increase hoop numbers throughout my act and end on a 5 split (hopefully to be soon 6 and 7). I try to make it light hearted and cheeky, kinda pinup style.
