For an animal loving demon like Hoozuki, any kinds of animals that Sebastian shapeshifts into are all cute and fuzzy enough to pleases him.

Hoozuki is basically a tired oni, who managed to get things done and his bf, Sebastian is a pure chaotic energy

Not a ship related hcs, but I have several headcanons that might be based on my Hoozuki no reitetsu x Kuroshitsuji crossover ideas

Besides grim reaper's death scythe, oni's kanabo can injure demons as well. It doesn't give a fatal injury, but it can cause a pretty serious head injury if it was aimed for the head. Sebastian often avoid this as it would be very unpleasant if a demon butler like him getting by a kanabo, especially Hoozuki's kanabo which was insanely powerful. It also resisted death scythe as well.

Onis and kijins can also get hit by a reaper's scythe. It didn't kill them, but can caused a pretty nasty injury and also revealing their cinematic record, though it can also kill them if the oni was weak. Special case for Hoozuki since he is a former human, any scythes that hit him will shown his entire past life, including on how he became an oni, especially if the scythe was a legendary scythe, like the one that Undertaker has.

Divine beast like Hakutaku can also got hit by death scythe, though it doesn't do a fatal damage like to onis and demons. Momotaro surprisingly immune to death scythe as well. Though, their cinematic record can also get revealed as well.

Sebastian, Claude, Hannah and the triplets are originally came from EU Hell, since they are western demons. So, they also knew Satan, Beelzebub and Lady Lilith, though they don't always stay there for a long time as they often roam Mundane World for a human soul to devour.

Most reapers, like William, Grell and Ronald were scared of Hoozuki, not because he is a threat for their job like Sebastian (onis don't eat souls like contract demons) but because of his creepy face and sadistic demeanor. His sharp tongue also can cause a reaper to have a stomach ulcer and a phobia.

Oni also hates fallen angel. Hoozuki literally despises Ash/Angela since they think everyone, including onis and youkais are impure. Moreover, he still having a grudge to Angela because she tortured Sebastian.

So, the crossover shippings that I created (and became my favorite) so far are Onihana (Hoozuki x Hana) and Sebaeda (Sebastian x Edalyn)
