Spending too much time at the ER recently.

I feel so lonely. I fucked up and now my boyfriend needs space which I understand and don't have a problem with but I need someone to talk to. I lost my job so I don't have people to interact with anymore. I can text friends but they're working cause they didn't fuck up like I did. I feel so alone and it's not fair of me to feel this way when I caused all of this anyways. Just someone please talk to me.
