Last week at @jamovement , btwist and backflip work. @lovel_johnson giving some pointers to get that twist going. @nancykimiyo on the cam work #training #movement #levelingup #slowlybutsurely ||. The space is dope, learning a ton. One thing that's been interesting about the journey of tricking and flipping, there's a lot of trial and error and falling and messing up that happens, and it helps with learning. thankfully people freely give helpful pointers, which ill be sure to do when my skills are more on point. The weird thing is that When frustrated, the execution of skill diminishes. It becomes fully apparent especially during landing. When more calm, it happens quicker and better, but that effortless feel can happen unexpectedly. There is a feeling of ease during the times I flip and all the mechanics are synchronized. When I land those, it feels like "whoa it worked, how did I do that??" when I don't, it feels like "damnit! One more time I need to get this damn flip" haha (at Joining All Movement)
