Envision where you would like to be and then take action and invest your time and effort in a sustainable, simple and enjoyable plan to bridge the gap 💪🏼 _ Embrace: Know that the only process is an imperfect process and having a long-term perspective roots the process in joyfulness, consistency and compassion. ☺️ _ Enhance: Refine the process one day at a time, one workout at a time, one meal at a time , one small habit change at a time, one extra sip of water at a time, one more wholesome meal at home a week etc. There is no need to try and do everything at once.
