If you haven’t been following the observing and connecting challenge The playlist is on my YouTube channel they want his 15 minutes time investment every other video is under 10 minutes it’s to get you to a place where you can spend at least three minutes a day however you need to process the emotions to allow yourself the tears of grief to observe your anger and make a note to see where the frustration thoughts are fizzling how to connect to your Calm start to clear the sludge from the top of your conscious mind and deep down deep to those pool of connection to your reserves and to recharge your battery if you can’t allow 10 minutes a day for you !!!
