he's protective for likw. entirely good reason

like someone threatened you once and he just jumped into overprotective boyfriend mode, but it's not suffocating because he learns boundaries after a while

he absolutely hates the media, but if they're insistent on photographing him, he makes sure he's holding your hand in every single one, everyone has to onow you're under his protection

sometimes he'll just get random gut feelings and rush over to your apartment to protect you, only to find you absolutely fine

he'll take the opportunity to spend the night with you though, as long as the bat signal doesn't shine of course, and he's just always so flustered because he got all kitted out in the suit for a false alarm that you'll definitely tease him for

he just kinda stands in the middle of the entrance awkwardly, no matter how long you've been together he won't go further into your apartment unless you explicitly say so

the type to secretly adore being called "my hero" or "my night in shining armour", even if it is in a joking way it makes him blush and grin slightly

legit hates leaving the house or leaving you alone, he'd much rather just snuggle up next to you under the covers all day

i highly doubt he has to worry about any other people trying to break you botj apart because 1. you're unbelievably devoted to eachother 2. no one wpuld dare try to take away mr wayne's world

lowkey kinda loves it when he wraps his arm around your shoulder and the other person just scampers off

absolutely never breaks your boundaries though, he trusts you enough to communicate when you need his protection, plus his attentiveness and attention to detail really help him figure out what and what not to do
