Prato deliciosamente rico para festejar o décimo ano em que não como animais (a 1 de abril) e também como assumidamente humanista. Dez anos sem nunca ter um "delize", 10 anos sem abrir excepções, dez anos feliz com as minhas frutas e vegetais, dez anos saudável e livre das alergias respiratórias, dez anos sem tomar qualquer tipo de suplementação, dez anos abolicionista e antiespecista, dez anos onde aprendi a perdoar o meu acordar lento. Há dez anos atrás não havia "10" marcas diferentes no supermercado de queijo vegetal, de salsichas, de burgers, pizzas, leites, cereais, bolachas, gelados e inclusive de tofu e seitan, tínhamos a maravilhosa próvida que também já fazia bolos e empadas 100% Vegetais... Fico feliz que haja todos estes produtos disponíveis, mas não são estes produtos que nos tornam Vegan, eles podem ajudar mas não são um fator decisivo. Muitos vão discordar, mas o que nos torna realmente vegans são os valores morais e éticos que adquirimos com esta filosofia de vida. Adoro que o mundo esteja a conhecer o veganismo, mas espero que também esteja a conhecer os valores que caracterizam esta filosofia, não deixem que isto se torne numa moda, pois as modas vão e vêem.
