very welcoming! sometimes overwhelmingly so 😅 i always apologize for how enthusiastic our members are to make new friends. i feel like i’m corralling a group of golden retrievers sometimes

all that to say, we love newbies and are always eager for plots with new characters~

we actually already have a sadie sink in play, anon! sorry about that! but i'm sure our members would love a familial connection like that, and they can reply to this if they have any ideas for a young faceclaim sister or daughter!

i know ben cade and xavier cade could have a younger half-sister (18yo-24yo), the only stipulation is she'd have to be at least half-black as their mother is black! just contact @crazedhatesoul first for details~

I noticed on the lore page that there are "cultists" and "followers"- what is the difference between them?

there’s no difference!! the Listeners call themselves followers and don’t believe they’re in a cult so while they are cultists, they don’t call themselves that. they call themselves followers and Listeners.

Hi there, I hope this is okay to ask! I was wondering if you could give me a bit of a rundown on what has happened in the group so far? I'm afraid to join and be completely lost. Thank you <3

hello!! we have a timeline HERE which covers everything that’s happened aside from the latest event/plot drop. i still need to update that.

basically the latest event involved a giant tentacle coming out of a portal in the lake and wrecking havoc before grabbing one of our cop characters and dragging him down into the portal. nobody was able to follow as the portal just leads to a empty cave in the mountains.

there’s more general lore HERE along with a rundown of the Listeners.

the leader of the cult also threatened the mayor’s wife, and something will happen soon that will expand on that.

overall though the plot moves pretty slowly. we have events every season (spring, summer, fall, winter) and that’s when major plot drops happen.

hello! generally yes, though it can depend on why they were unfollowed in the first place. we love having old members back, but we don’t recommend it if they don’t have the time to be active, and we won’t allow anyone back who broke the rule of respect.

If a face claim has been retired that means they can’t be used right?

Retired fcs can only be picked up by the player who previously had them, unless that player lets the admins know they can be removed from the retired list.
