Mipha and Revali sketches from my Hylianoid AU

Their designs are a work in progress, I need to figure out how miphas fins are going to work with the clothing I have for her and what her ears are going to look like 😔 but anyway this AU is something I’ve been working on for a little bit. It basically started when I was drawing revali as a Hylian but I still wanted him to be able to fly, ( because who is revali if he can’t fly ) so I put wings on his back but it didn’t feel right, so that’s when I started to add other things to his design so he didn’t just look like a hylian with wings. I added things like the feathers on his ears and -it’s not visible in the doodles- but he has feathers growing on some parts of his body and he still has his talons. I have a bunch of other details, like the hair strands are very long thin feathers, but I’ll maybe go over all of that later. But anyway after adding those thing I noticed he wasn’t exactly hylian anymore, but a Rito that looks like a hylian LMAO IDK HOW TO EXPLAIN so I started calling it hylianoid. Long story short I made hylianoid designs for the Zora as well (I have a good idea of that the Gorons will look like) and the Gerudo obviously do not need a hylianoid design, but i did do some world building for them and everyone else, and that’s how it became and AU. Nothing drastically changed regarding plot; everything is mainly the same except for the designs of the races and some world building.

Maybe I’ll go more in depth later lolll 😍😍
