So the basic reason pyramid head looks different between games/in the film is because the seconds games is the main characters guilt for spoiler reasons put into a form! Konami decided let’s keep using it and just change some small details each time we slap him in the new game for no reason and movie pymaird head is based off his minor appearance from the game silent hill homecoming! I hope any of this makes sense and if not I do apologize

no I get it I think! I understand the general premise of silent hill being its own personal hell for ppl(??) so it's like different everytime it'd only make sense that if pyramid head was specific to silent hill as a concept and not just that james guys guilt that another game unrelated to james would be slightly different. Im most familiar w the ones where he's shirtless and actually thought that was the original design just cause the sh2 one looks clean as hell it's my favorite iteration ^^
