i really don’t care that much abt anybody else in Wolf but like, I am vaguely obsessed with our duo of criminal kidnappers. 

because. You just don’t hit that level of slightly homo-erotic friendship unless you genuinely Actually know each other pretty well? How did they meet??? There was no need to huddle together to sleep that close. Be in each others’ faces. Just in general play off each other that well. 

How long had they known each other? If dhawan’s character thought there was some kind of ambiguous ‘boss’ figure and had been on multiple ‘marketing trips’ does this mean that they’ve gone off and done crime together before? Because he, for all not being a murderer, did some pretty fucked up stuff to these people. He literally tortured them in the name of a good act and a pay day, lets be real. I can see how a guy pretending he’s not a serial killer might actually decide he likes a guy like that and engineered situations to work with him for funsies. Because okay he’s not a killer, but he’s not a moral princess either and seems to also be cool with sadism. 

I don’t care abt cop guy’s traumatic past tbh, I just want to know how long these two have been friends! Can you imagine your partner in crime, your more submissive partner in crime that lets you take the lead and do the bossing around, the one you get on well with and have a good banter with, is like, a guy who enjoys gruesome murder actually and really enjoys fucking with people, and one of those people he’s fucking with is You and he’s been enjoying the hell out of scaring you as you’ve been locked in the middle of nowhere for days while pretending to be your ally? And not all vaguely benign fucking with, either, he gaslit you for days, tricked you into handling human intestines. Left a present in the scullery for you to find so you’d eventually realise what the bad smell Really was (and where the intestines came from). 

I mean, at first when he Casually threatened the wife/gf, i thought he’d just done his research and decided to drop it then to scare him into submission. But it’s actually way more creepy if he knew about it because they’re actually friends and they’d spoken about it before and suddenly the friendship was a weapon to be used. 

It’s like if your work bestie whom you’re strangely close to revealed to you that they’re a serial killer, asks for your help and you’re Genuinely not sure if they’re crackers enough to think you’d be cool with that, or they’re just using you as a tool before they kill you, too. 

I believed him when he said he was busy adjusting to this knowledge. I mean he was scared shitless, too, obviously, but damn. That man’s had a bad week.
