Bang Chan was actually quite excited to hear from you but his face dropped soon turning into a frown when he heard you speak , your voice was weak , hoarse and your nose sounded stuffy “ yn “ he began “ are you okay ? You sound really sick “ he said now opting to video call you to assesss the damage that had been done . Tilting your phone up with the minimal energy you had left Chan took in your appearance.sunken eyes , pale skin , chapped lips and your cute little nose that Chan adored crimson and bruised from your insistent blowing

“Channie “ you said again drawing him out of his daze “ are you busy today” your voice was quiet , speaking feeling as if it was too much of work placing too much of strain on your vocal chords , Chan’s eyes scanned the room around him before shaking his head “not really why do you need me to come over ?”

It was a common occurrence really when either one of you weren’t feeling yourself the other would pop by , usually with something sweet or warm enough to make you feel better ,Chan had a key to your apartment and so did you promising each other that you’d always be there when the other need them the most . Your chest felt heavy and your eyes too tired to keep them open by the time Chan arrived at your door opening and letting himself in to find you laying against the arm of the couch , Cardigan sliding off your shoulder and hair a mess , he smiled you still look absolutely stunning even on your worst days , he wish you knew that, wished he could tell you that more but it wasn’t his place and being hung up over you was certainly not what you needed right now

Chan tutted walking over to you “hey there pretty girl…you don’t look so well”he spoke softly running his hand over your forehead moving the hair away that clung so tightly to it “poor thing” he said reaching down to scoop you up into his arms carrying you to your bed . Chan swiped away the many used tissues that coated your duvet as he put you down

“Aw sweetheart you’ve been sick for so long why didn’t you tell me hm? ,wouldn’t came over sooner made sure you were better yea?” You whined as your body hit the mattress joints cramping up and muscles aching . Chan placed a soft kiss at the top of your forehead covering you with a blanket leaving to go and get the necessary items . You were cold and hot at the same time., sweating and shivering as Chan took your temperature he sighed “it’s so high yn “ his tone sounding disappointed as he placed a wet towel over your head “I’m going to make you something to eat “ he declared walking out of the room leaving you alone

Chan wasn’t a terrible cook , he could make simple things pasta dishes mostly but they were delicious nevertheless , he stood infront of your fridge scanning the vegetables before picking out random ones in an attempt at making a soup. If you could have smelt it I’m sure it would have been heavenly it was a sight really the creamy liquid that enveloped the chopped veggies so perfectly looked tasty as Chan placed it infront of you opting to grab the spoon before you could placing it in the soup blowing on it and bringing it to your mouth “ let me take care of you hm? “ he said as he fed you occasionally telling you how good you were doing and that you’d be better in no time

As the evening took over Chan settled down in bed next to you “you’re going to sleep here ..?” You asked “well yea do you not want me to?” He asked adjusting his pillow “no no I do I just don’t want you to get sick “ chan smiled draping an arm around your waist pulling you close

“I don’t care , if I get sick or not as long as I can sleep next to you it doesn’t matter “ he said placing a kiss on the underside of your ear whispering a goodnight . Chan wanted to tell you he was in love with you , madly and had been since you first met . He wanted too but decided to leave it for a day when your eyes weren’t red , your nose not stuffy, and your body not cold but for now holding you close to him would have to do .
